Wonderful property with an amazing pool. Room was just an average size but we found it perfect. Staff very helpful.

The romes is a pretty small, the stuff is extra ordinary, they help you in every way they can, and very personal with all the dishes you have. At breakfast we still have an egg Benedict where the sauce hollandaise is made fresh, I think that’s one of the last hotels where this is happening, delicious

Everything from staff to room was excellent and could not be faulted.

Only the bathroom was not great. There was leakage and the shower area was terribly small. Everything else was great.

This is a remarkable hotel with awesome amenities and a very attentive staff. I am already dreaming of being able to visit again.

Wonderfull luxury hotel with excellent staff and service. Turndown at night is accompanied by local fruit and pastry treats. Beautifully appointed throughout and the Elephant Bar is a must. An ideal place to come home to after a hard day’s sightseeing at Angkor. We’ll remember it with pleasure.

Its dimension, its personal attention and its feel for tradition

An amazing hotel and staff. Ready to meet all of your needs and make you feel at home. Luxury, class, kindness, cleanliness and highest level of service. I had the best message ever at the amazing spa. The room was comfortable and had everything (and more!) that I could need. Food was top rate and everyone was friendly and eager to make sure I had what I needed. First class!

We enjoyed our stay at the Raffles in Siem Reap so much that we have become committed to the brand if possible during our travels. Well worth the stay!

Phu Quoc is very touristy but Cassia Cottages was a reprieve from all the crazy.

Great old style colonial Grand Hotel, good food, great bar, pool, Spa, and the concierge services were excellent. Highly recommended.

There is a lot of high end choice right now in Siem Reap and visitor numbers are not yet at their pre Covid highs. So it’s intriguing the room rates are as high as they are and climbing. To justify the hotels need to stay ahead and on second visit not sure that’s the case at this hotel. So all in all not the greatest value for money.
