Hotel excellent. Parking massively expensive, pre pay is cheaper but no warning of this that I noticed

Really nice hotel. Bit pricey but it’s worth it. Breakfast didn’t seem very organised as it was previously. Not sure what was missing but something was. The offerings were amazing though. So much choice.

The hotel staff was great, the room was clean, and the fan and air conditioning was appreciated. The only thing that wasn’t great was the food from the bar. I got coleslaw, French fries, and a salad for nibbles in between sessions at the conference I was at and the coleslaw had a weird cheesy almost fishy aftertaste, the fries were a bit soggy, and there was no dressing choices for the salad so it just came with olive oil on it. Otherwise, everything else was great about our stay

Very slow check in and slow service at the bar. Noisy AC in the room and dodgy door / windows. Breakfast and food really good. Not bad for a conference hotel but dont stay for pleasure reasons.

While staff were great, unfortunately in my assistant access room (as many rooms did not have) there was no working air con, the hotel knew this & did not advise me before hand. A small desk fan was provided & I needed to requst another 1 to try to combat the heat. Parking on site is expensive.

Large clean rooms. Unfortunately lacking in shelving for clothing and toiletries. Otherwise we'll equipped with lots of amenities.

Have been double charged for a room and struggling to get my money back. This is after the hotel accidentally cancelled my hotel booking for one of the nights that was covered by a charity. Has been a miscommunication as stayed in the same room and now they are saying I was a no show No AC in the rooms Pool closed for maintenance during stay

This hotel is super convenient to the BP Pulse Live arena for shows but the property wasn’t what I have come to expect from a Hilton property. There is also apparently a night club on site so we could hear the booming base as we were trying to sleep until late into the evening (2-3am).

Hotel is there for the NEC. It has a couple of bars one of which is over the lake. Good enough but quite overpriced in my opinion. Parking costs £30

Nick the concierge and Fiona in the Gild bar were amazing and really helpful. We ate in the Gild bar on our second night and the food was very good. The rooms are looking a little run down but the aircon was working well and it was quiet. The swimming pool area was looking tired and the floor around the pool was exceptionally wet and slippery. Overall, good location for the NEC which was the reason for our stay.

The high handed attitude about not servicing the room daily as they are a sustainability hotel. That shouldn’t mean dirty cups not removed and replaced with clean ones or empty refreshments tray. I did not expect to have to have any such conversation. My bed was not made, but I can live with it. Dirty crockery left outside rooms in the corridor. Staff were friendly and helpful but not necessarily properly trained.

Clean, lively, conveniently situated. Didn’t like the rats running across the path near where the new pods are being built. Can this be addressed.
