Service was poor, we were charged an extra 5 pound for parking that we were not told about. The breakfasts was a buffet, uncleaned tables had to wait 25 minitues for sausages and bacon. The food was not continually being stocked up. And in the evening there was only one person at the bar. Overall very disappointed in the hilton

What a fantastic service and cleanliness of the room

We were checked into the hotel by Angela who was super friendly and very welcoming The hotel is undergoing renovations, so the rooms are dated but clean and very spacious The buffet breakfast was very good, a great selection, also availability of cook to order eggs and omelettes was a olus

We stayed for a single night. Staff didn't know timings for meals/gym/breakfast. Evening meal was well below expectations for the price paid...singapore noodles with chicken (chicken was pretty much non-existent and hard at the edges, ie. microwaved). Adult lasagne was the tiniest portion for £20 and you didn't get any extra ie garlic bread so paid for chips. Childrens advertised fusilli pasta was macaroni. Beds were hard and showers cold. Would be happy with some form of refund or voucher as concerns raised at hotel were dismissed. Would not expect this from a Hilton.

A bit disappointed used this hotel often but needed twin beds someone was talking and making load noises late at night

I’ve stayed here many times so I was unhappy that changed in my plans was not accommodated on request. Poor customer service on Hilton’s behalf - I had requested to change my date and was declined. That said, the room was clean and the breakfast service and offer much improved from previous stays. Rooms are a little dated and never like a shower with a curtain but for the price and convenience you can’t grumble. Does feel like an uninvested Hilton though

Staff were great, bed was like a rock. Difficulty with sleeping.

I’ve stayed here before and the rooms have always been comfortable although a little chilly and I still haven’t worked out how to use the heating. The food has improved and breakfast was a real delight

We had a great stay at this hotel last weekend. The room was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four, giving us plenty of comfort. The staff was absolutely brilliant—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options, including plenty for vegetarians. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Rooms feel dated and no separate shower cubicle in bathrooms. The lights next to the bed don’t turn off the main lights. The restaurant serves overpriced food which has yet to be cooked correctly. Breakfast is ok but missing a good granola/yoghurt/compote most days

Great stop over visiting family in the area. This hotel never disappoints

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely amazing.

The staff were great but there are too few of them for a larger hotel. The basics like the faulty drain in the sink and very temperamental shower controls, lights that would not switch off individually (all on or all off only option) made the room feel very tired. Communal areas nice and breakfast good.

Staff were lovely. Really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and slept well. The cleaning and the finish of the room, let it down sadly. Just felt a bit grotty. The sink and taps had not been cleaned and behind the taps were green. It was not to a very high standard but can't fault how helpful and friendly the staff were and our dog was very welcomed and was happy for a new toy.

Big rather soul less modern hotel close to M1. Service was very friendly but extremely slow especially check in and in the restaurant.

It was great.stay over all, however too much noise outside our room which meant we did not get much sleep (people were arguing). Lovely breakfast, clean hotel and lovely professional staff.

Really nice hotel, lovely restaurant and bar area.
