All good, except one of the lift cannot be used.

The location is close to rundle Mall and the hindley street place for shopping and dine in.

The staff are friendly and helpful, including the help for tracking my colleague's lost luggage on the plane. The location is great, close to the city's center. Yet the city isn't that big either. The 24-hour convenience store is just next to the hotel, making my life easier. The service charge is reasonable, with food that's more than just nice taste (I order Singaporean curry with Indian bread). With the 'green theme' deal, they offered a $10 discount for each day of "no turn-down service", just by putting the sign on bed. Unfortunately, I don't get the plumbing service I ask for due to the slowly flowing hot water faucet (still running, though). My colleague doesn't seem to have such problem either (I stayed in the room no. 1719). However, this doesn't affect my schedule at all. And the bottom line is that I happily survive the whole 6 nights staying there.
