Old.. delapidated.. mold in bathroom.

Door wouldn’t lock. Can’t use pool because room isn’t temp controlled so it’s 100* in there. Hot tub broke. I’ve only on floors 2 & 3. Homeless in property. Almost got into a fight cuz a big group made waffles continuously for 45 minutes, not sharing

The room was bot clean and the bed had hair snd stains on the mattress

The staff member that checked me in and out was so disrespectful, unhelpful during an altercation that lead to me feeling in danger. We are frequent guests there, and we always loved having the other front desk worker help us, she has always made us feel welcome, and the maintenance man as well, but this time the one worker was not good to us. We have decided to find another hotel for our weekly travel to salt lake.

We had to wait for over a half hour past 3 pm check-in, we were here at 1 pm, so we new check-in was at three but was told it would bd ready at 2:00, so we came back at 2:30 figuring that would give them extra time, well it didn't.

It was a good location for what we needed. Easy to get to. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good

This place was insanely dirty. Our bathroom ceiling was literally leaking from the bathroom above us. Do not recommend for families.

I cancelled my reservation over one week prior to when reservation was. I was charged for it anyways, nobody helped me with this issue.

I'll never stay there again. The room was nice but they charged me 100 dollars because a hand towel was dirty. When we called about it the lady we talked to told us to f off and hung up on us. Choice told us that it was a private franchise and we booked through this site so there was nothing they could do about it. I will not stay there again and will stay away from choice hotels all together.

Deposit when booking said $50, but at check in tried to collect $100. I had to prove the site said $50. Place is super outdated. Room had a smell. Saw clear history of water damage. Sealing in bathtubs is rotted. Carpet on the floors that probably had water damage too. Would definitely never stay here again. It was really that bad. Bed seemed clean but grossed out by everything else

It was the easiest check in and out I have seen. The location by the Maverick Center was great. The room was nicely kept and clean. They have bathtubs not just showers and a nice soak after a hard day is nice. We had a good time

Comfort Inn is usually great everytime I book. The one was below par. Rooms had issues I was moved 4x. Final room carpet dirty and floors. I found dirty sock that was not ours on the floor. Rose was accommodating, she was great. They discounted my stay due to inconveniences, great on their part.
