Check in was very smooth and the staff were friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Front desk clerk was very unfriendly at check in on Friday and got the number of days wrong on room key. No elevator, just steep & dangerous stairs. Light was malfunctioning (strobe) outside the hotel entryway. Breakfast was minimal and OJ & coffee were out. No coffee was available in the room. Lots of noise in the hallway all night (on the weekend).

Eh, I don’t know where to begin…The guy at check-in wasn’t very welcoming, and then when we showered right before check-out, we realized there was ZERO shampoo, body wash, or soap of any kind in our room. None. And because they’re in locked bottles, even if we’d had some by the sink, it would have been pretty annoying to somehow get it to the bathtub. I expected more, honestly. The bathtub was a bit dirty, as well. Also, when we arrived late in the eve, the room was over 80 degrees, which was very unwelcoming after an all-day drive with kids.

Very clean, wonderful reception staff, nice area and plenty of shopping and food options.

Nice hotel with an indoor pool.

The hotel and staff were great. Very clean, convenient location, staff was friendly. The only snag was the parking- we came on a very busy weekend and there aren't nearly enough places for guests to park. Still would highly recommend

Well-run hotel with easy access to Kentucky Horse Park and downtown. We loved the horse theme.

Surprisingly well. Very nice and helpful reception from front desk. When I did walk in the room, it was dated but the sheets looked and felt clean, towels were clean, and the bathroom was clean. Very important to me.

The property staff was very friendly. We were allowed to check in an hour early even though there was an event that day. The room was clean but you could tell it could use a few updates. The shower pressure was the worst but that's honestly the worst i could say about the stay. I'd stay here again 10/10
