The reservation office was located in one of the units and in complete disarray, apparently there had been a fire in a reservation office. Have checking in and going past many people sitting on their doorstep, vaping and smoking cigarettes and other things opened my room to find an odor and very dated accommodations. A smoke detector was on the desk with the battery lane to the side, the linoleum in the bathroom area was peeling and separating from the wall. Overall, I did not feel safe at this establishment, and I have stayed at some seedy places in my life, but this was the worst. I could not find a way to request a refund or other remediation, as I hit prepaid and the person who checked me in late Saturday night was not available

Horrible desk clerks rude as hell beds gross black mold in room only 1 light worked in whole room floors gross TV barely worked sign and online claimed free HBO wrong plus to top it all off it was hot and no ac or fan had one in room but looked like it caught fire no amenities at all 0 stars

Dirty and disgusting

The stay was a total disgrace room was in terrible shape tv didn’t work furniture falling apart walls and ceiling falling apart. This place should be ashamed to rent rooms in this condition

Is full of bed bugs rouches the mattress have blood on them it was terrible after hotel we went to hospital my man got one bite from a be bug

My toilet before I even used it was clogged full of you know. There was a roach. There was a dead roach and its insides all over the wall from someone who had previously stayed. There was a knife in the parking lot in a parking spot. For the price you pay its too be expected but do expect not the prettiest things.

The room we booked smelled like an ashtray and was grungy looking the next room smelled ok but the fridge was off the sink in bathroom was falling apart the mirror dirty the tv speaker didn’t go past 12 and it smelled like alcohol right outside the bedroom window

Not clean, not fancy, everything is a mess looks wise. Very outdated. No breakfast, but I feel safe, its affordable, quiet, and the employees are amazing.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Mold every where, Broken furniture. TV not working. No towels. No safety lock on door.

The bathroom door was swollen and didnt close unless you slam it Tiles in the bathroom all broken and wobbly ZERO HOT WATER RUDE STAFF PHONES DIDNT WORK DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

Place was filthy & run down. We got got our money back and stayed someplace else

Stinky

The room condition is the worse I have ever encountered in all my travels around the world. Here are a few problems I observed: Paint peeling, hole in the wall, tiles in the bathroom broken or loose, black mold growing on the window in the bathroom, no hangers in closet, no smoke detector, no outlets near the bed, floor covering severely warped, very dusty on most surfaces, bath towels under sized. All this for $109 a night??!! Recommend Expedia remove this property off their listing.

The staff is great, but the rooms are not well kept. The towels are dirty and the toilet lid was off, so we couldn’t even sit correctly on the toilet. The phone does not work in the room and there was no WiFi

They first gave me a room that had mold growing on the walls, literally black mold. The room reeked of it. There was a cigarette butt inthe toilet. Trash on the floor. Then they gave me a room that looked like it was used for weekly high school parties. Broken lights, walls, furniture, and no tv remote. Had to go ask for one. 0 out of 10. Unless you're 14 trying to throw a kegger.

Cockroaches! The room came to lfe at sundown! Stinks! Broken everything! Shower didn't drain! Nasty fridge! A/C broke! No curtains on the broken bathroom window! Loud drug use all night in the back yard! We heard it through the broken bathroom window! Disgusting!!!

Upon arrival I was told rudely that I was an hour early, check in was not at 2pm, it was at 3pm. I asked if i could atleast know which room I was in, and the guy was once again rude and told me to come back at 3pm and then he would tell me. When I did finally check in I noticed a sign that said breakfast was suspened, so not only did I look for that adementy while looking for a room but it was still on their sign when you entered their parking lot. I went to my room, I walked into an absolute dump. Walls are dirty and cracked, frig is nasty inside and out, bedding is gross as well. (Thank god I travel with blankets and pillows.)The shower head was covered in mold, and the towels were stained. No alarm clock, no coffee maker and even the hair dryer was not usable due to the wire being damged and wires exposed. Only good thing I can say about this dump is the shower did have alot of pressure so atleast I could wash the nastiness off me from sleeping in their bed.

Nothing worked. The lights didn’t have lightbulbs. There’s a weird smell in the bathroom. Very creepy people looking at us and being weird. The tv didn’t work no signal. Just sat in darkness.

This property had roaches all throughout our room. We slept in our car. Then we saw 1 bed bug. Out of the 3000 roaches. I cannot believe this roach infested motel is open. Room 150 was horrible. I was devastated having to sleep in my car. Then the prostitutes worked all night and never seemed to sleep.
