I already have like 20 reviews on this same hotel in the last 10 years or so. If I keep going back that tells you all you need to know!

Great hotel I have stayed there probably 20 or 30 times over the last 10 or 15 years. It's quiet, not a bunch of kids running around making noise. Always a good breakfast and good Customer Service. In a safe, quite neighborhood on the north side of Bogota right by a nice mall called Unicentro.

It was a wonderful experience. I felt as I were at home. The breakfast was good and enough for my taste. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, I have stayed here many times. It's in a nice, safe area, right by a cute mall callled Unicentro. The customer service is always amazing, in particular, Felipe and Nini provided amazing customer service. Breakfast is always tasty as well!

The hotel was good, I loved the cleanliness.. BUT very noisy...We got a room where the traffic noise was clearly heard... not even closing the windows ..

This property is 5 stars for when you compare the value you get to the cost of the hotel room. I was given a room upgrade as I am Gold Expedia member. The room was on the second floor. I used stairs as it is easier than elevator. Room was spacious, clean, very good hot water, very good wifi, beds and pillows were comfy, safe, mini fridge, and window on street. Checking in and checking out can be faster. A kind happy helper took me to my room and he showed the room. The breakfast buffet happy helper was kind and attentive … she checked on me couple of times. The food is above average but not wow… though, remember the low cost of the rental room. I loved the breakfast. The hotel is in a very quiet and safe location in the north of Bogota … but most importantly it is 1-2 minutes walking from the famous Unicentro Mall where you can find almost everything you need: western union to exchange money, many restaurants, Exito for general grocery, Claro for SIM cards, and many other things. My suggestions for improvement are: complimentary bottle of water, kettle for tea or coffee, safe instructions in englush, and small paper with key information like wifi password and nearby unicentro

Great location

The was nice but the people were petty. They delayed my delayed my return to the airport over $3.00 of water. I was under the impression that the water was a gift of courtesy because they double charged 2 people in my party for their rooms. The bottles were give on the day of registration while we were waiting for the corrections. The $3 was demanded outside while we were trying to depart.

Its in a good location, safe to walk around. Very good neighborhood in Bogota.

This place is great! Will be staying here again when back in Bogotá! Highly recommend this place. Great location, walking distance to everything. Quiet street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice property. Nice clean rooms, good sizes, comfortable beds, good hot showers, good water pressure, extra thick warm blankets in the closet for cold Bogota nights. Excellent breakfast, eggs cooked to order besides nice breakfast bar / coffee bar. Gym has cardio machines, no wts, steam room. nice lounge area by the lobby for working or drinks

We loved the spacious room, the breakfasts, the staff, etc. The bathroom could use a piece of furniture to put toiletries.
