Absolutely wonderful stay in the heart of Midtown!! Super friendly staff, very clean, will definitely be back

Nice downtown hotel in a cool area. Parking was really nice in a secure lot under the hotel. The parking was worth the price.

Amazing staff: Akeino, Shonna and Kerry went above and beyond and we were there for 1 week... good location, good size room, nice kitchennette...parking is small ans tight and do get flooded ..nice breakfast with a lot of hot options... i would highly recommend

Always enjoy staying here. Very easy to park in the under-building lot. Clean rooms and building. Friendly staff. Easy to get around town with plenty to do in this area.

The AC was not working optimally. Some kind of smell in the room.

The staff was excellent. Housekeeping was great. The breakfast could be better. Overall it was wonderful.

Great service and always a great stay

The drain of bath tub was clogged, and they didn’t solve the problem for guests properly. The smell of the elevator was bad.

I didn’t like the parking garage. It was tight

The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, parking was not included, even though the parking garage was their’s. I did have to get a card from inside at customer service check-in desk. Parking was an additional $30. This information as to an additional fee for parking was not provided on Hotels.com. I was highly disgruntled.

Stayed here several times. Nice big rooms and modern hotel. Unfortunately, beds require an urgent upgrade. Matresses are very old and lost their firmness. Bed sheets are cheap and have to be replaced too.

I was well located for us and our visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful The only complaint I can think of was the we booked fro Expedia and therefore didn't get what we orders as a room two rooms with two double beds. But because they were booked and we went through Expedia we only got one room with two beds and one with a king and pull out couch. It worked for our group but would have been better to have what I booked for sure. The hotel as a whole was a nice place to stay
