The property was in a nice area, however, the smoke detector was ripped from the wall, there weren't enough bedside tables - outlets - or lighting, and the TV & remote didn't work.

Good room, tv is small and outdated tho

The room was really nice except we'd noticed that there was some trash left under the chairs. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy! Also, the pool hours were disappointing. We were hoping for a morning dip before we left because we didnt have time in our itinerary to swim after check-in. Opening at noon when checkout is 11 is a pretty big letdown.

I had a bathroom sink that leaked everywhere unless I had a towel directing the water down the sink. I was there four days after reporting the issue twice, and there was nothing done about the issue.

The grounds or landscape around the property was half done, hallways were dinghy for the price owners could've showed they cared more. They had to put us in another room there was no TV the furniture was scratched up sofa tear marks. It just showed me how the owners are and it was reflected on this hotel, it should've cost $60 a night not $120!

It was good overall

(POSITIVE) I always worry about the beds and this hotel had clean and comfortable beds. The bathroom in the room was clean (expected the floor). Staff was quiet and polite. The pool was decent size and clean and had towels stocked good. And the breakfast wasn't too bad. (NEGATIVE) Aside from the beds and the bathroom the rest of the room looked and felt dirty. There was food smeared on one of the mirrors and the tv remote was sticky. The bedside table had cup rings and was also sticky and the desk also had something sticky on it. The floor looked like they weren't swept or mopped. And the mini fridge was dirty inside. It was very hot in the lobby and halls but AC in the room worked good. Also make sure to read the fine print, there is no elevator and you can't bring breakfast back to your room. The ceiling in our room was coming apart (possibly water damage). It wasn't a horrible experience, they just need to clean a little better..

Nice Staff, very helpful! The room was clean, fresh towels were always available. Pool was clean, outdoor seating area was comfortable and family friendly. Breakfast was good! Very close to shopping and nice local restaurants. The stay was an excellent value. The building is dated but on going maintenance is apparent.

Safe and effective

The property was run down. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean but smelled stale. Carpet in the hall was worn and had damage in places. The courtyard had weeds everywhere. The lobby had very little decor. It just felt run down. We arrived at 3:30. The parking lot was empty. By the time we got back from dinner it was full so the place does get business. We had a funeral to attend in the area and it was only 5 minutes from where we had to go. It met our needs perfectly. Beds were VERY COMFORTABLE! I slept great! No traffic noise.

The area was nice. The courtyard was amazing. The pool was very chilly. The staff were great and the breakfast was delicious. The room itself was a bit worn.

Stayed here a few years ago with no real issues so we chose to stay here again this time. First room smelled like smoke so they gave us another room. The AC barely kept the room cool but we didn’t say anything so that’s on us. The last day

The AC did not work in my room. The front desk immediately moved my family to a bigger a room off of the courtyard to accommodate.

Had to ask them for 2 day to get them to clean my room. When we checked in there were spit balls on the wall above the tv. It was still there after we asked them to clean. Found random clothing and toys under the bed. One of the light blew and asked for a new one so i could read in bed and when i left it was still out.

Great area and great hotel

Very nice people and very clean and great smelling rooms definitely recommend staying here
