Saya mendapatkan Lokasi kamar yang jauh dari Lift, padahal saya orang tua, seharusnya Receptionist memberikan Kamar yang dekat dengan Lift kpd orang tua. Receptionist nya kurang peka. Lalu saya kena charge yang Salah masuk ke Account saya sebesar gbp 30,56. Saya sudah minta Receptionist untuk di koreksi, mudah-mudah an ada adjustment di kartu kredit saya (Kartu kredit saya sudah di charge).

Like other Hilton standard, I had a pleasent stay! Ther service was nice, everyone were helpful! Location wise is the best, close to my daughter apartment in Holand Park Avenue, and it was close to bus/train/tube station. There are a big Mall and supermarkets as well! Many restaurants available around there ….

The rooms are small and less clean. Beds have been aged so unpleasant to be occupied. This hotel was too old age and need to be renovated.
