Room was nice, The bed was comfortable, It was a little loud but that was not the hotels fault as we were close to a busy street. Walking distance to the wharf and close to the cable cars so easy to get around. Staff charged up my car while it was in the garage at no additional cost.

Overall nice experience. The room was small without a mini fridge or a coffee pot. This made it inconvenient for our morning beverages.

The property was very nice. Enjoyed the fire pits and roasting marshmallows with the kiddos! Staff were very nice and helpful. Close to beach and restaurants.

It is a beautiful hotel in the heart of all we wanted to see!! The restaurant was delicious. It was fun to have had s'mores in the courtyard, a bottle of wine in our room and steps away from the wharf and pier 39. The big red bus stop is two blocks away, and Trader Joe’s on the other side of the hotel! We can’t wait to visit again, SOON!!

The stay was wonderful only thing is they overbooked the original room we reserved so we had to get a smaller bed but the comped out breakfast so it was ok. The staff was very friendly especially the girl there at night. Super easy to get to wharf and other places. Would def go again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zoe. The staff were very polite & knowledgeable. The room and bathroom was very small but sufficient for a one or two night stay. I would stay here again!

We had an excellent experience. The staff was very kind and helped us with suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. Right in front of the hotel is the bus stop that takes you to the Golden Gate, and everything is close by. The airport pickup was a bit confusing since the pickup point is at the hotel across the street called Riu. Overall, we found everything lovely. We’re coming back in July and will stay here again.

Everyone was polite. Beds were comfortable and the room seemed clean. The valet staff were helpful. The place was understaffed when we arrived and valet/bell advised there were no luggage carts available. I ended up tracking one down on the second floor and running my own bags, which is fine. It was a special occasion, and I requested a high floor, but was not accommodated. The room was average, but it was cheap and close to where we wanted to be so it worked out well. The smores were a cute touch. They advertised room service, but there was no information on that in the room. I found it was a little dimey to charge guests a takeaway fee if you’re taking something to your room, but the restaurant charged us a fee to get a cappuccino to go. Front desk was not easy to get information from prior to arrival..and they scheduled restaurant reservation for 5am rather than 5pm.

Room was dirty upon arrival, I had paid for a sparkling wine and chocolates upgrade which was never received, TV was broken, staff was rude, and I was awoken by someone slamming there door over and over at 3am.

I enjoyed staying here for two nights prior to my cruise. The rooms and bathroom were a nice size and clean. The staff was friendly. I loved the fireplace in the lobby. The area around was convenient for food and shopping and sites. I would stay here again despite being an old hotel.

The room was pretty small, but very cozy. The surrounding areas was within walkable distance. Pier 39 just two blocks down.
