Everybody was so helpful and thoughtful. Sylvia at the front desk is the best. And also Marcello the doorman. I love my room, spacious and clean. And They can keep my luggage while I had to go to other city during my stay in US. (While other “hotel” near it can’t give me that offer, and it was also the reason why I cancel my booking at the other hotel and move here. Thank you Sylvia and Marcello.
