We had a handicap accessible room, which we did not need, but that room (206) has a bad smell of a senior home. It needs to be bleached. The bathroom has that permanent smell as well. Other than that, the room was great.

The front desk people were awesome. Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it felt like a perfect place to relax. What really stood out to me was the staff—they were all so friendly, polite, and professional. Their customer service was excellent, and they made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

All of the mattresses were comfortable, including the sofa bed mattress. The room was spacious and climate easily controlled. Hot breakfast items were available. Registration for airport shuttle was very easy.

The overall stay was a pleasant experience and the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing an excellent service both in Spanish and English. They kept our luggage safe until it was time for check in, provided us more pillows and blankets, and suggested activities to do around Orlando.

After 3 plane delays and then a cancelation, I was very happy to be in a quiet hotel room to sleep and relax.

Hotel was good, customer service was okay, they will not allow you to check in before 3pm unless you pay $50 for early check in even though they have a room available. Good location, walking distance to a few restaurants.
