Friendly staff, great room

Great location near many food places and shopping. The on-site restaurants were good.

The bathroom had hairs from the previous visit the bed looked to have been laid in. We were only there for a night and arrived late would not repeat.

The location of the hotel is fantastic—prime spot with excellent walkability to local attractions and amenities. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. I found three bed bugs in my initial room, and while the staff promptly changed it, I also noticed random hairs in the tub and bathroom of both rooms. This was extremely disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I hope the hotel takes serious measures to address these cleanliness issues.

It was a decent stay. Centrally located

The hospitality staff allowed the valet to park our vehicle outside of normal operating hours due to no access to the property after the Starlight Parade. Staff was all super friendly!

Friendly staff and wonderful Accommodations

The location is perfect for downtown Portland. Everything is in walking distance from great coffee to amazing restaurants. The room was a little dated with some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and no functioning fan.
