Great location , walk to all the chic boutiques and restaurants. Friendly helpful staffs . Old nice charm. Amenities are a bit dated . By the trade off is the history and architecture

Staff is awesome. The bathroom needs a little bit more work as it’s already in old condition. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

We love this hotel, so much so that this is our second stay here. It’s very conveniently located and very charming. The breakfast was great and the rooms are comfortable. The staff was also very helpful. 10/10 recommend staying here.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The facility is a bit old but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great within walking distance to beach, major attractions , dining and shopping.

All the reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaner however just decided to barge in even though the ‘do not disturb’ sign was on the door.

Perfect location. Very nice size room. Liked free coffee, teas, water and cookies in the lobby. Clean.Friendly staff.

Centre of Nice, short walk to the promenade, welcoming hotel with complimentary water and coffee available in reception. Would have given 5 starts but shower was very awkward to use at end of bath in tiny room. No hotel parking and car parks in centre are 30+ euros a day.

We were surprised by the hotel and the amenities. One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in for a very long time. Great price too.

The staff did their utmost to make our stay a pleasurable one, we fully appreciate it. The bathroom, bathtub in particular was in an awkward position, very tight and hard to access. But maybe this was just this one room. All in all, fully recommended.

5 days for my husbands 60th. Hotel excellent location. Room adequate with nice view towards church. Breakfast excellent. Staff lovely. Free tea & coffee & water in bar/reception area is a lovely gesture. Wouid stay here again.

Great location and service

The staff at the front desk were amazing. They made dinner reservations for us, made recommendations for us, and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very nice.

Reception staff were fantastic.

Because of a train strike in Italy, we were a day late getting to our stay in Nice. The Le Grimaldi folks refunded our payment for that day -- we didn't have to ask. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was quite nice; clean, comfortable, and quiet. Old-school funky, but in a fun way -- we prefer that to Holiday Inn sterile. Bathroom was great. Breakfast quite good. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely, comfortable, friendly place to stay in Nice.
