We payed £200 a night for B+B and the room we were given room 5 wasn't up to standard. It felt damp had paint flaking off a shower with no adjustment, if you were 6 food you have to bend down to get under and the bathroom door would not close. If you open one wardrobe door they all came open, The food was ok on our first night and very nice on our second but over all the hotel needs a big refurbishment and certainly not worth the price we paid.

Hotel is really nice, clean, in a great location. Rooms are spacious, bed was really comfy although pillows were quite hard. The hotel is a little tired in places but pretty good overall. Breakfast was good but wasn’t overly prepared for a lot of people turning up at once so became a bit frantic. Some of the breakfast was cold a couple of times purely because of the waiting times. Staff were really friendly and the bar was well stocked. Parking can be a bit tricky at times. Overall, very happy.

Wow, what a fabulous weekend. Such friendly staff who made our break memorable, special shout out to Tia and the manager (who both work non stop to ensure you enjoy your stay) and the lovely, friendly lady at breakfast. So sorry we didn’t get all names. Nothing is too much trouble. We ate at the hotel for dinner and lunch and the presentation and food is exceptional. Room was lovely, much more spacious than expected and quiet. Enjoyed the spa at the sister hotel and a very relaxing treatment. Already planning our return. Thank you.

Wonderful hotel. Fabulous service right in the middle of Chipping Campden which has more toffs per capita than any other Cotswold village (fact check). Once I'd learned how to wear my scarf in the correct knot I was soon accepted by the champagne quaffing locals and proceeded to have a ripping time. I shall of course return.

The room was dated. The wardrobe (dated 1960) had a broken handle and a broken closure device. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall in the bathroom. However, the room was kept very clean. All the staff at the hotel were pleasant and attentive.

Food was excellent. A problem between hotels.com system and the hotels system led to a bit of an issue as I’d paid for half board but that hadn’t been communicated to the property. I believe it’s now sorted. However, the hotel was lovely and the food great.

We had a fantastic time at the Noel Arms. The location is perfect for starting out on the Cotswold Way, and the dining and pub options are wonderful! Our rooms were lovely, and we were lucky to arrive on a Thursday for the famed curry special. The chef is deservedly famous! The breakfast was excellent, too!
