friendly staff.. highly recommend

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was mold and fungus growing on the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom floor was lifting up from water damage, the kitchenette was filthy and in desperate need of repair (cabinets falling off hinges), the carpets seriously need to be steamed (feet were grey after walking around the room), and there were blood stains on the sheets (looked like period blood stains). The vibe of the hotel was section 8 meets trap house. Smelled like weed (BAD!) and there were people walking around all hours of the night going outside to drink and smoke.

Very nice experience, people were especially helpful and polite.

The room smelled. As I was taking my luggage to the car at 5:45am, I was locked out of the hotel because the card swiping machine wouldn’t work to let me back in. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone who was leaving to open the door for me to get back to my room!

Were given a room that someone else was already occupying at check in. Smelled like pot on the second floor. Vending machines were out if order and had no water available for sale. Guy passed out in the only working elevator and nobody was too quick to get him out.

I like how personable the staff has been during my stay. They're available if needed. The space is quiet and respectable.

The floor was sticky had something spilled on it . The outside hallway was smelly

Late check in after 11pm is not possible, it was not mentioned anywhere. The front desk is closed at 11pm. The rooms are dusty, messy and bad. The hot water did not work, so changed to a different room, a person in the next room was yelling and fighting with his family the whole night. It was a nightmare. Never going back to this or any ESA hotels. Worst hotel services in my entire life. The carpets inside the room and hallway were so bad, nasty. Do not recommend for anyone.

Good Location and staff is great and very helpful courteous customer service. I enjoyed my stay recommend this area for anyone 4 out of 5 stars

Great staff always get taken care of when I'm here.

My room had grease on the walls and all over the floor. I couldn’t walk barefoot in the room. My socks were black. The hood over the stove had grease on it for what looks like years. The bath tub was lumpy and the room smelled musty. I killed some little bugs crawling on the floor and a cockroach in the elevator, the second floor smelled like weed. Keys didn’t always work. Never seen a pot and pan or housekeeping the whole time I was there. Bed and pillows were comfortable and it was cheap though.

The refrigerator had dead bugs on the top.. trash and debris was left in the hallway.. the staff was clueless on how to get us in the room after several tries with the key. The whole place just needed remodeling

This has been one of the best hotel experiences, l have ever had!! My family and myself moved into the hotel, due to my house getting worked on. When l tell you that everyday was a good day. Mrs. Theresa, Randy and staff was so great to us. The staff and Managers were the best. I will definitely be back, especially when l just need to get away.

This was my first night at an Extended Stay. Attached I have a picture of a roach I found in my room. I promptly killed it. Thankfully I’m only here a single night but it seems like you’ve had roaches here for an “extended stay” haven’t you? Looking at your reviews, they’ve been here months. I was offered another room but who knows if an other room doesn’t have roaches? At least I know the one roach I’ve seen in 107 is at least dead beside the nightstand.
