Good service

Front desk is good. But the walkway is nasty smell mold. All is bad smell the carpenter is to old make smell entire of BLd. No air flow in side building & room as well.

My first time and also last time never come back this ( Motel). Main Lobby dirty,2 elevator inside dirty. @ hallway smells very bad like people smoke in the room kitchen counter top come off in bathroom old. Paint crack every where. If you need service help yourself phone call front desk doesn’t work. I used my cell phone call . Need glasses and dishes. They told me go to front get if you need clean towel , help your self. Again go the front desk.no tissue in the room they don’t have tissues ladie told me you can use toilet paper. Oh my gosh. Disappoin me and my family. Overall this ( Motel) need to remodel…..

Dirty, horribly maintained, rusty fridge, tiles fallen off on walls.

This property was the worst I have ever stayed at. I dont think it was cleaned before we checked in. There was old food, tissues, broken balloons and a bottle pop container all found when we got there. We also noticed dried urine on the outside of the toilet.

Room smells. Got bitten by bed bugs.

Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to appear at checkin. Unit had no dishes or even a cup. Cabinetry was broken. Too bad - these places used to be pretty good and convenient.

I booked this hotel and paid in advance one month before my stay. After traveling from Japan to the USA—a 25-hour journey—I arrived at the hotel around midnight, only to be told by the receptionist that they didn’t have a room available. I explained that I had booked and paid in advance a month ago, but he responded rudely, saying it was my problem for booking through Expedia at a cheaper rate, and that the hotel could not take responsibility. I asked about the refund policy, and he said I would be refunded after 8 AM the next morning. However, no one contacted me. Since I booked through Expedia, I have tried to reach out to them several times, but they still haven’t been able to confirm my refund. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had—it feels like a scam by both the hotel. I was charged but never received the service I paid for.

I asked that thexlightvinnthe bathroom be fixed - I had no light in the bathroom at all - difficult when one has to get a ride to the airport at 4:30 am and can’t shower in the dark. In the morning there was either no hot water for the oatmeal or no oatmeal for the hot water. No one was ever around to ask

When I made the reservation, the hotel promised to provide breakfast, but breakfast was not prepared and there was other people's hair here and there.

No breakfast - just Coffee und packaged Kellog‘s bars/muffins. We had to leave our room during our stay for pest chemicals sprayed in. Kitchen and furniture in general were in bad condition and need renovation.

Check In front Desk was rude and someone sat silent in the office while we stood for 7 minutes waiting to be checked in then when we finally called out the person shouted from the office just a second then another person came and checked us in and was annoyed that we were there or that he had a job to do. Room service came in and changed out the bath towels while we were sleeping. Total violation of privacy Thank GOD it was a business trip and not an Intimate get away. The person who extended my stay was much more pleasant and probably will be the only reason I might stay there again

The “grab and go breakfast” was non existent my first morning and the elevators were janky and slow.

Friendly staff, unfortunately the room needed a lot of maintenance keep-up, there were holes in the wall from fallen shelves, stains on the bathroom counter and tub, toilet seat was not steady, broken drawer that wouldn’t close, there was dust on the bathroom light fixtures and baseboards, the whole room smelled a lot like curry. For $170 per night cleanliness and maintenance keep-up is the least that I expect.

When we arrived there we were assigned to a room that was already occupied. We were told that the only other room available was clean but had an odor. The staff escourted me alone to the room to “check it out” there was a significant mold/mildew odor that could be smelled from the door. We were told that there were no other rooms and given suggestions to try another hotel nearby. We then had to walk next door and paid double the rate for a smaller room next door because we were dropped off by an uber and had no alternative for Lodging. The lobby was dirty and there was a spill on the floor that was dripping all the way from the front desk to the elevator and there was aignicoant dirt buildup on the spill to indicate that it had been there for a long period of time. There were good reviews but my experience was terrible. I did not feel safe to stay there with my husband and children as there were several health/sanitation concerns.

This place was AWFUL. First off the front desk was less than helpful. I waited 20 minutes to check in because they were getting someone sheets. The hallways smell NASTY. We got stuck in the elevator and had to call 911. The front desk didn’t help. How can you even call it a confidential breakfast when they have juice and granola bars. Trashy place. Someone parked their car in front and spilt a bag of underwear and bras and it stayed there for hours. The hotel rooms were missing appliances, dirty and have the stuff was broken.

It’s an affordable stay but the a/c did not work, the floor was sticky , the microwave was dirty and rusting. The bathroom tub had like bread shaving, the hallway literally smells like gasoline, and just in general really bad . I had brought Lysol to disinfect and I had to scrub the bathroom with whatever hair care product they had . Plus you must go downstairs to get new set of towels and there was no breakfast . Was suppose to be good Anniversary stay.
