The noise of people going in and out of rooms. And they have no working ice machines for the guest

My family and I recently stayed at Townhouse Suites and had a total of four rooms booked. While the staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean, we encountered several maintenance issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. Two of the rooms had air conditioners that did not work properly, leaving them warm and stuffy. Two other rooms had problems with the door locks, which didn’t latch securely and raised safety concerns. Additionally, one of the rooms had a shower door that wouldn’t stay closed, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor each time it was used.

There was a smashed dead bug on the window ledge. There was a disgusting hairball thing in the bottom of a kitchen cabinet. The ceiling stains were orange with probably mold growing

Nothing unique. Checked in to a room with a dirty toilet, dishes clean but still in the dishwasher and a shower door that wouldn't stay closed (thought there was a ghost was in the shower 🚿) , but most importantly their was no body wash or conditioner. The hot tub in the pool didn't work and the breakfast was awful! With all that money invested. I hope they get it turned around after the slow start.

Housekeeping was nonexistent for most of my stay (5 nights)

Power was out in room. Main breaker tripped. I was corrected quickly.

Definitely not warned about the renovations. Wiring, plastic on floors, fan in room didn't work. Loud people above me.

Room was really dirty. Carpet was wet on first day. Walked around barefoot and feet were filthy. Had to buy socks to walk in because the floor was so dirty. Food under the bed as well.

Property is under construction. Room : couch was broken, gloves the maid used to clean the bathroom were still in the bathroom, towels need to be replaced, lock on the door was useless, piece was missing. Pool area, left something to be desired, sat in the hot tub and I watched another guest, pull out a chunck of hair.

Went down to the pool it definitely needs a whole updating. Another guest was sitting in the hot tub with us and I saw him pull a chunk of hair out of the hot tub. I got out so fast! No towels in the pool area. For the price we paid it was not worth it ! So disappointing.

I was disappointed to pay full price for a hotel under construction (not aware of this until arrived). Parking was limited because of the construction and the parking area was full of trash. They were working and jack hammering during the days and I was unable to take a nap between my events. I mentioned all this at the check out and the worker told me she would tell her manager but I have not heard anything yet.

Was disappointed that one hour prior to check in received a call that our reservation was cancelled. Leaving us in a hardship for last minute arrangements.

The rooms are super clean and new, we got there the day of the storm so there was no electricity and the pool was cold but otherwise everything was amazing.

Comfortable.

Staff was wonderful and reached as soon as they received booking due to room type listed was not available. Very appreciative instead of waiting for us to arrive. Checked to see what would work for us and rebooked stay.
