Generally dirty, both in the room and in the breakfast area.

I booked a five day stay at the Lagrange Comfort Inn and Suites. I arrived on Thursday May 8th, 2025 and checked out on Tuesday May 13th, 2025. Our hotel room had roaches and they were present every single day we were there. I notified the hotel multiple times about this. The room was dirty, bath tub needs a serious scrubbing not just spraying sanitizer, bed skirt had dried blood on it or something that looked like it, roaches in bathroom and main room, bathroom vent was clogged with dust, AC unit had dust in it. The shower curtain had stains on it, dust and dirt on the bathroom floors, etc. This hotel needs to be shut down and a deep cleaning done before it is allowed to be opened again. Will never stay there again.

Bathtub dripped 24/7. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall. Tv remote changed channels but on/off didn’t work; had to push buttons on side of tv; no do not disturb sign bed comfy

Pics on site are definitely from a long time ago. Dirty. Smelled like something green in the whole place. And biggest thing is that the pool wasn't in service and hasn't been in a very long time. If we would have known we would have not booked the hotel

The rooms were filthy! Hairs all in the beds, dirty walls, dirty toilets, someone else wash clothes was in our bathroom. Went to three other rooms and only one of them was decent enough to sleep in. No water in the pool and they ran out of breakfast at 8:30am and shut the breakfast down.

Better than expected and close to a lot of restaurants

I feel a littlw sad to have to leavw such a bad rating on this placw because the younf lady at the feont counter was absolutely phenomenal. Her customer service was great. I didnt wvwn bother speaking to someone I just got my thinga and left. The room I stayed in Had ROACHES in there!!!! I disnt even bother since the room stated non refundable. I definitely spent money on a room that i didnt get to enjoy. I wont book there again.

Property could benefit from updating the pool and condition of the furniture in the rooms.

The smell was a turn off coming in the door. Clearly the property needs work. The outside pool wasn't fit to get in. The best thing was the breakfast.

Quick stay right off interstate.

The front desk clerk was very nice. He had double-duty maintaining the breakfast items too. Nice bed. The TV was difficult to manage. I couldn’t find FOX NEWS on cable.

Really disappointed in the continental breakfast. No yogurt, empty fruit bowls, nothing got replenished. Hot water (for tea) was cold, orange juice tasted like an "orange drink" :( It’s not hard to put out pop tarts, granola bars, and some fresh fruit. Also, the whole hotel had a bad smell that was masked with febreeze. One bath towel in the bathroom when we checked in, had to go to the desk to get more. Just not impressed!

I didn't like about swimming pool it was so much dirty . I thought we will enjoy in the swimming pool for bit but I couldn't.

Check in was ok, room was fine. Breakfast was decent. Checkout was dropping the key in a box, so still dont know what the room charge was, wont know until see cc statement, as did not get an email or text statement.

Great customer service with every encounter. Clean and well stocked rooms. Comfortable beds. Great variety of foods for breakfast.

The hotel was clean however it's it's old and things that should be replaced are being patched together. The furniture in the room shows wear and tear. Generally speaking the hotel was clean but I believe it's overpriced. There are no areas where you can sit and enjoy nature. The pool is in the parking lot surrounded by cement and currently is not working. The gym is a small room. I believe you can do better on price and functionality.

This place is not only dirty but everything in the rooms doesn’t work. Had to change rooms because tv didn’t work and bathroom sink was clogged. Next room had big stains a on carpet and a dirty bathroom. The only thing good about this experience is the girl at the front desk was very friendly. If I hadn’t been so tired I would have changed hotels! In need of a major remodel!
