Room was ok floor was sticky pool walls were very dirty , also was treated like a teenager at pool stated I couldn’t hug my fiancé in pool not sure if I will stay again

This was previously a motel. Was renovated in the exterior and parts of the lobby. good lighting outside of the building which makes it feel safer since it’s located in a commercial, secluded area. The hallways, elevator, and rooms are sorely rundown. The bathroom wasn’t properly clean (ex. Toilet). Also, the toilet tank water fill valve was broken hence it continuously ran water to the toilet bowl. It’s wasteful and makes a lot of noise. No hand soap in any room. I had to request body wash. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok but the eggs didn’t taste good. TV channel lineup was good. I didn’t use amenities but saw they have a pool. Not worth the price I paid (over $120/night).

The pictures online are very pretty but once you get there it’s definitely not the same. It was given they started on remodeling and didn’t finish the job. The smell wasn’t welcoming. I also had a reservation that the front desk wasn’t able to pull up. I feel like this should have been handled differently. Once the young lady couldn’t find my room she should have just offer something immediately. Especially when I had been driving for 5hours and so exhausted.

Although the pool was closed, the pool area was open and 5 to 6 people sat at a pool table arguing and talking Loud until after 12:30am. This was right outside our room, 109. I had to get dressed and go to the front desk. The phone wasn’t working. It keep routing my call in circles.

The service was okay the hotel had a very bad smell in the elevator and was very old not like the pictures online… the pool was very dingy looking and the breakfast was terrible the sausage was not cooked all the way the juice was old tasting and watery and it was big cockroaches roaming around outside the building like they owned it it was not worth the money spent

The hotel breakfast area was extremely dirty with food and stuff all over the floor. The rooms were clean but there were 2 bath towels and a washrag only. No hand towels and also no soap to wash your hands with. In the shower were 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner. No bodywash

Bed linens had stains on them. TV did not have a guide to review for watching. Breakfast time wasn’t correct so was not able to partake of that and had to spend extra money for breakfast. Wi-Fi did not work correctly kept going on and offline. More towels should be in the room especially if stay is more than 1 night and you have the jacuzzi room.

Arrived 2 hrs after check in and found the bed not made up, only 1 ice maker, the a/c unit was very loud and made noises and the breakfast was terrible and cold. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone for the price.

Staff was friendly. Pool needs redone. Room leaked when it rained. Dehumidifier in the room helped.

Front desk didn't have forks for breakfast much less to give to a customer. They acted like the towels were made of gold. Wouldn't give us an extra towel unless we brought the towels down to replace those. Only gave back the one to replace not even an extra. Made a big deal over it. Did not get a foot mat for outside of shower. Door knob to the bathroom fell off in fiancé's hand. They wouldn't give me an extra pillow to prop up my bad arm. Did not have one behind the counter.(like the towels and forks) There was dead bugs or something on the walls. Possibly mold on the chair in the room. The air conditioner cover fell off at my feet. I did not even touch the ac... The floors were dirty, and the bed sheets were stained! Toilet got clogged multiple times, tank took forever to fill up. THE POOL WAS GREEN! Long story short... We would not stay here again!

Room smelled like mold and mildew. Tub and shower both leaked onto floor during use. Drink machines were down. Pool was discolored. The breakfast literally consisted of muffins and a bagel and some cereal.

Rooms had food on floor. Missing handle in one bathroom. Other bathroom did not shut properly. One room stunk and was must. The other had centipedes running along the floor. Staff was slow and uninterested. I will nevwr stay at another hotwl of yours.

TV did not work in our first room. Tried to call front desk but phone also did not work. No hand soap in first room. Went down to front desk and given a different remote. Still didn't work. Front desk lady came in room and tried to fix but couldn't so she put us in a different room. Walls are filthy. Toilet ran all night. Front desk lady was nice and bed was comfy.

Location to interstate is convenient. Staff were very nice. Room condition #207 was not good. Bed was good and room clean, but smelled musty when walking in. Lamp shade attached to wall was broken and hanging down. Lamps on wall and table lamp had rust because of the moisture in the room. Other than lamps the room was clean and AC worked well.

This Property Was VERY DIRTY !!!!! I WAS MOVED TO 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS AND EACH ROOM GOT WORSE .. After The 3rd Room I Requested A Refund .. While At The Desk Requesting A Refund 2 Others Were At The Desk Doing The Same .. The Rooms Had A Horrible Mildew And Mold Smell One Of The Rooms Had Spiders And Roaches.. Another Room Had Water All Over The Floor From The Ac , The 3rd Room The Toilet Constantly Ran The Ac WOULD NOT Cut Off , And It Had Wet Towels Under It ... I Will NEVER Try To Stay Here Again..

i loved how clean it was, and also the provided Dove pump bottles of toiletries, so neat! The breakfast was good, but no teabags or eggs/ sausages. But otherwise wonderful!

The room smelt of mold. The lobby/dining was absolutely nasty. The toilet worked half the time. Instead of staying the 2nd night we checked out and drove the 6 hours home as we was all getting sick due to the mold.
