Counter person TJ, was very rude after my daughter asked for sheets and blankets for the sofa bed and told her they didn’t have any extra right after he gave 2 other customers sheets and blankets. Mind you our room was booked for 3 guest so those sheets and comforter should have been provided anyways. The smoke alarm went off a couple times and not sure why because we don’t smoke and the sleeper couch was absolutely horrible. I slept on the floor because the springs were poking through

Property was run down. Not up to holiday inn standard

The hotel is dated and needs re-vamping… it was clean and the service was fine. No complaints.

Rug needs to be replaced

2 days into our getaway I was hospitalized and spent the remainder of vacation hospitalized

The staff was great and accommodating

Place was dirty, mattresses old, loud, smell of weed in hallways. Left a day early. Will ask for partial refund.

Room smelled horrible of cigarette smoke , bathroom was very run down and dirty no water pressure.

Only spent 1 night, but my stay was comfortable and the staff members were pleasant and attentive!

Some of the bedding needed cleaning but overall cleanliness was ok.

Clean room. OUTSTANDING Front desk staff. Buffet breakfast was definitely above average. Definitely a great "product" for the price. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

The Bathroom was tiny Tub was small but the water was Hot

Room is very run down, hot breakfast was fine but any of the bread or cereal was stale and old. Lobby was refurbished but the rooms were very tired looking. Sheets had stains, couch was covered with stains. I must say the front desk staff was very nice at check in.

2 phonmes didn't work in the room hair dryer also and hot water in shower took 30 minutes so we could take a decent lukewarm shower on the 4th day we told them again that the 1 phone they fixed didn't work again we waited and the cleaning ladies asked us why our foam shower didn't work communication a problem and again not fixed when we left
