The room was very spacious. Love the balcony. And the huge tub, a jacuzzi tub, was not expected but it was great.

Comfortable, polite front desk assistants, pool excellent, only downfall elevator, may need another.

The breakfast was good but it was the same thing for 4 days which was eggs, biscuit and gravy and sausage Patty, wish they would change up the patty to sausage links and add some fried potatoes. Other than that it was pretty decent.

Very clean. Friendly staff. The elevator is dark and smells like chemicals though. Wish motels would put an extra toilet and sink in room or 2 bathrooms.

The front desk staff felt disconnected from the rooms. To get to the front desk, you had to walk outside, down the road and then to the front desk. It felt dangerous at night to walk there, and also to walk to where you smoked.

The fact that this place is American owned and American ran makes it a 10/10!! The breakfast is on par with most other hotels. The hot water is actually hot. The only negative I have about the place is the elevator…. It is slow.

Overall the stay was okay. The smell of marijuana was Wreaking from our adjoining room. I reported it to the main office but they did nothing. It was so strong. If you do stay here make sure you bring your own pillow. Overall the room was clean and the pool area was nice. I would not stay here again if I has a choice

Came with my parents and toddler daughter for a short weekend stay and this place was perfect. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities. The indoor pool and hot tub were great to help unwind after a day surrounded by all the best attractions. Breakfast was the icing on the cake! Was very pleased and hope to stay here again next time!

The pool and jacuzzi was perfect. The customer service was also perfect!

The key for the room all of a sudden stopped working that happened 3 times the floor is dirty and the pillow are awful not comfortable at all

On the back side where the handicap was there was t-shirt or a towel left out for 3 Days on the grounds we found bed bed bug and bacon in the air conditioning when they switched us to a different room and there was no bacon on the continental breakfast

The card slot to unlock the doors is old and outdated. I didn't know that if you keep your card in a wallet with your phone or other credit cards it would de-magnetize the card and cause it to stop working. The building also smelt weird, and the breakfast was ok, not the best.

Everything was good except the beds. I could’ve slept on the floor and had better sleep. The beds are way too firm.
