Great place to stay. I recommend it!

The hotel is in the process of renovating. We stayed in a newly renovated room, the layout was done right. There were separate seating arrangements to watch television and converse. The black out shades didn’t allow a sliver of light through which I love. Overall the room was comfortable and clean.

Friendly staff, however the building is still under major renovations. Its going to look very nice and our room was nice, but the large drop clothes in the lobby and on the floor really gave the under construction vibe

Easy to get to, pleasant staff, beautiful accommodations, soft beds.

It was clean, since it was just renovated... but the water was never warm. A cold shower two days, coming out with goose bumps and the staff didn't care or even really acknowledge that it was a problem. I tried switching rooms, cuz we thought maybe it was just my room, not the issue. Also they have old phones that don't work at all in either room. So whats the point??? if you wanted to call down to the front desk, you couldn't. All ice machines were also out of order. I won't be going back, mainly because of the lack of hot water situation.

They were super nice, let us check in early, helped us get into the pool cause it wasn’t working when we tried. I’ll stay there next time I come to town!

Overall a very good stay but 3 stars because i was placed next to a very loud room who continued noise until i had to complain and even then the loud chatter and music still continued throughout the following days. The walls were really thin in 253. Hoping next stay will be better

Subject: Concerns regarding night staff behavior and management response Dear Sonesta Corporate Team, I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had during my recent stay at one of your hotels. While I have been a satisfied customer of Sonesta in the past, the behavior of the night staff and the management's response to my concerns have left me feeling uncomfortable, unsafe, and disappointed. , my sister-in-law and I were sitting in the lounge area near the lobby when the night staff member approached us. He asked us for our room number, making a comment that there's no sleeping in the lounge area. He also stated that we shouldn't be in that area that late, which made us feel unwelcome and singled out. What was even more concerning was that he didn't address any other hotel patrons in the same manner. I felt that this behavior was unacceptable and decided to speak to the manager the next morning. Unfortunately, the manager's response was dismissive and lacking concern. He stated, "I heard your story, I'll talk to him," without offering any apology, explanation, or reassurance that my concerns would be taken seriously. As a customer, I expect to feel safe and respected during my stay at any hotel. The behavior of the night staff and the management's response to my concerns have fallen short of these expectations. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to address the issues I've raised. I would appreciate

I was thoroughly impressed with the service, my room, and the staff there was thoughtful, very kind, and especially helpful. The only concern I had was with the missing light switch plate in my room (327) in my bathroom. However, it was to be expected as they were going through some renovations, although, I'm unsure if it may have extended throughout the whole of the hotel, or if it was just only regulated to the front where the their café was being rebuilt. Regardless, I enjoyed my weekend "stay-cation" there for my good friend's nuptials that occurred at The Brix, a few miles away. All in all, I would love to stay here again, and I would recommend staying here to anyone else that may wnd up around the area. 4 9 out 5 Stars!

The hotel is under renovation and my room was outdated. There was no breakfast or coffee available. No mention of this in the profile on this app

Bed is rock hard. I think I would have had a better nights sleep on the ground. The pillows were also paper thin and so uncomfortable. Couldn’t get any sleep. Walls were also paper thin, could hear everything the neighbors were saying all night. Genuinely confused why this place has such great reviews. Great service though!
