Room was super clean and spacious. Beds were very hard but the air-conditioning was fantastic. Breakfast wasn't very appealing but since we didn't even realize it was included at first it wasn't a big deal.

Overall had a great stay! The staff were lovely and very helpful. When we first checked into our room the toilet had no been flushed after the people before us used it… disappointed that wasn’t checked when it was being cleaned. Other than that the room was clean and updated. The TV wouldn’t connect to the wifi so the smart tv functions didn’t work, not a huge deal!

Bedroom area and beds were clean and fine. Bathroom smelled stale and potential mold. A/C stopped working.

Very clean rooms. Quite big and spacious. Quiet location. Adequate parking, vey close to the water front. Breakfast was ok. The check-in process was very very slow. They had only 1 person at the front desk and there were 8 families in line to check in .. it was the long weekend and it would be nice if they were prepared for the rush at 4 pm when everyone was there to check in.

All was good. We had asked for an upper floor. Didn’t get it, people above us were noisy, but not all the time. We really liked our room though, could of been recently renovated and set up very well!

I was disappointed with my stay at Days Inn in Penticton. The complimentary breakfast was by far one of the biggest letdowns. In a region known for its incredible fresh fruit, it was surprising to see canned fruit being served instead. The breakfast selection was extremely limited and felt like the absolute bare minimum. To top it off, the coffee was some of the worst I've had at a hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't much better. Check-in felt impersonal, as the front desk staff remained on a phone call while assisting us. At check-out, the same lack of attention continued, with staff focused on their computer rather than acknowledging guests. It left us feeling more like an interruption than valued customers. The room itself was a mix of old and new. While parts of the bedroom appeared to have been updated, the floors were dirty and sandy upon arrival, and the bathroom was noticeably outdated with visible signs of mold. The partial renovations couldn't make up for the lack of cleanliness and overall maintenance. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations. With Penticton offering so many great accommodation options, I would choose to stay elsewhere on my next visit.

Great location, kids love the amenities and breakfast convenient. Rating of 3 because room smelled so strong of cleaning solution. Was like walking into a bottle of pinesol. And we were on the 1st floor and the room above very heavy footed, sounded like they were doing gymnastics above. Ask for a top floor room and a room with non-scented cleaning solutions.

The hotel was located just a few minutes from the beach which was very convenient. The hotel itself did show its age. The hotel ran out of towels for the outdoor pool and also no towels for the hot tub. As far as the free breakfast don’t expect too much. Only thing I enjoyed was the waffle maker.

We are a family of 4, and really enjoyed our stay. The pool was the PERFECT temperature which was awesome! Our 8 year old twin boys loved swimming there, and the adults were having a great time in the pool as well. Our room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and the shower was warm with great water pressure. Breakfast was free and decent. This hotel is close to okanagan lake and other stores like Tim Hortons. Doug at the front desk was helpful and kind! We will definitely be back!

The breakfast was horrific, the sausages were the colour of flesh. The premade eggs were floppy cardboard, and the hashbrowns although Cook cooked looks like they were cut up mangoes. They had a sign that said the things they were out of, they had one waffle maker. The lineup was out the door of people waiting for it because everything else was so gross to eat. We specifically got a room that had a kitchen, due to dietary restrictions of one person in our family. The oven door didn't stay open, it had a mini fridge (in a family room) , utensils were five forks, two spoons four knives and that's it. The oven took two hours to cook.

This is an older well maintained hotel . However staying on bottom floor, you are up all night listening to people above walking around. No elevator which is fine for most. Great breakfast. Good place for families.
