Stylish hotel with very friendly and professional staff with unbeatable location!

Love the rooms + service + staff. Location is great, right in the heart of Florence. Not so happy with the breakfast buffet - not much options but ambience is great! I will still choose to stay in this hotel if I come back to Florence.

Staff was the best. Exceptional service. Room was very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious. The location was great. We would definitely stay there again on a future visit. The breakfast needs a little work, however. It was meager - had to pay extra for eggs and any warm - and spotty service

Beautiful, well-appointed hotel, lovely clean rooms with quaint old-fashioned fixtures. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly, helping us to arrange tickets, taxis, etc. And, the location is perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Florence, and we will stay at this hotel again.

Excellent in every dimension! Impeccable design, device and cleanliness. All while being central to everything while still maintaining a quiet serene atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast and coffee…highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. However, if you plan to rest and sleep-in, this isn’t the place for you. I was ‘upgraded’ to a larger room before check-in. Unbeknownst to me, the room I was assigned basically had no noise insulation at all. It was as if my bed was on the street, I could hear conversations, cars, city vehicles as if they were next to me. It was horrible. I didn’t get any sleep until night three when I complained and they gave me a room on the other side of the hotel. If you’re facing the street on the right side of the hotel, run fast. I believe mine was 204. Julia, I believe, AM front desk person was great. On the contrary, evening, overnight front desk guy is rude and shouldn’t be in customer service. The guy with the inked or dotted hairline. He needs a career change asap.
