Drove 40 miles to get told they didn't have my room and tried to downgrade me.... left and got my money back

I reserved the hot tub room but when i got here it wasnt that room. The flies were awful didnt rest very well cause if the flies

The pool hasn't worked in years. It was advertised as a beautiful clear water pool online and it doesn't work. People dog next door barked all morning since the sun came up.

They double book the room I booked! I was offered another room but my husband is 6’6 and can’t sleep on a queen bed, found a king bed room but could not get in with the key. I go back to the desk she comes to the room and she can get in either. I had to cancel and I’m not sure if I can get a refund

Nothing there was satisfiable

The pool was green. The room wasnt clean. The area around it wasn't clean. Broken soap holder in the shower. Didnt smell fresh. I think i was staying in a drug/hooker hotel.

Unfortunately this place is a dump would never stay here again. Cigarette burn holes in all four rooms comforters broken appliances. Tv and phones did not work

VERY tired property and room was barely acceptable. Smelled of weed. Nice pillows, though.

Everything was good. Everybody was nice. I got the Jacuzzi room. It could’ve been fixed up a little bit, but all in all everything worked out I’d probably go back.

The front desk attendant she was efficient and customer service oriented

The room was alright but the heat was not working as much as we are used to. Other than that, It was a nice stay. The shower was hot.

We checked in the room was disgusting and the lady at front desk refused to give her name of help. The property was unsafe. Construction and police was there because people were doing drugs. It was a very unsafe environment for me so after trying to get help with front desk who did not help I left and checked out at 9:37pm. When I received my receipt I realized the check out was for tomorrow and I went back into front desk and she was very uncooperative and disrespectful to change the time on my receipt and refused to give her name. I want a full refund. I have pictures of the room and how disgusting it was.
