Was hit with a $500 charge which they dont refund for 14 days. No operating fridge and no operating television. Seems excessive in price for what you actually get. Definitely not staying here again. Seems fraudulent.

The front desk staff throughout our stay were all amazing! Everyone was so helpful and kind.

Nice place to overnight

We were vendors for the Strawberry Fest in Cedarburg. It was a great location. Easy to get in and easy to get home. The motel seems to be remodeled great shower, clean, and good breakfast to get us started.

The room was okay but the showers didn’t work properly, the ac wasn’t working , staff came to our room at 8:00 saying that we checked out and no one understood English . I tried going to the pool and non of The doors worked . When I went to front desk the lady never made eye Contact and sat their reading her book while talking to be .she talked To me Like a Was Bothering her . I had to go back three Tims just yet f to get in the pool And a Maintenance guy finally let me In . He said all Doors don’t work

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Easy on/ off main roads.

Room was fine, clean. Bathroom door was hard to open, so we didn’t close it in worries our child would get stuck in there. The pool was very disappointing. The water was so cold! The breakfast while it looked good, was not great. We would not stay here again.

Holiday Inn is always a solid, dependable choice for business stays and this didn’t disappoint!
