Clean, organized, fantastic staff, and breakfast included. However, a bit of a walk from the train.

Reasonably priced, comfortable hotel with restaurant nearby. Not as easy to get to, but worth the money.

We were passing through staying 1 night only but the lady in the nightshift was so kind and helpful despite our latenight checkin time. She quickly made sure our sofa beds were setup in all the rooms so me and my family could get a goodnights rest. Breakfast was a decent spread with a lovely coffee machine.

The staff were friendly, helpful and obliging. Our room was what we expected except for the fact that there had quite obviously been a dog/dogs in it before us, the carpet was covered in coarse white dog hair and had definitely not been cleaned prior to our stay. I enquired at reception about whether there were rooms allocated to dogs and was told that generally the ground floor rooms were used, we were on the first floor. We saw one dog owner with his two large German shepherd dogs wandering around the hotel restaurant/bar and grounds feeding them with sausages and bacon from plates which he repeatedly filled from the breakfast buffet. This was very off putting for other guests.

We are never disappointed with the holiday inn. Always friendly helpful staff, very clean, very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Parking.

We reserved 3 rooms and our family found them to be clean and comfortable. The property was conveniently located near downtown Sterling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

The pleasant feeling and atmosphere from all the staff , we particularly enjoyed the banter from the lady on duty in the restaurant at breakfast, she should get a pay rise !

The location was extremely convenient for tourist. We were able to get to activities for the day in short time.

This property was perfect for our stay in Stirling. It was well located close to a McDonald and Starbucks and a local restaurant across the street. We ate at the restaurant located in the hotel for supper because we were tired and I do NOT recommend. They were out of one of our meals and didn’t tell us until they brought the rest of the food. The food was just of poor quality. However, the breakfast was good for what we wanted and we were able to take our coffee to go. The building itself could use some TLC as it is showing its age. But we definitely appreciated the AC in the room.
