Had a good stay.

The room we stayed in didn’t have clearly marked parking spaces, which made it difficult for us to actually figure out the carpark layout. It was just bricks everywhere at the venue. We only encountered one staff member who ran the front desk, so I can’t give a review on anyone else who may be an employee. Our room didn’t have a kitchen; just a microwave and a kettle with mugs. The room… not up to par. There were marks on the pillows and bed covers. The right side of the bed near the window had a spring that kept digging into my back, which resulted in very poor sleep. The couch was way comfier than the bed. Also in the bathroom, a few of the tiles appeared to be cracked to a certain extent, but no holes in the wall. The shower seemed to have what looked like black mould under the shower door. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone that plans to stay in Sale; I’d rather recommend travelling a bit further to stay in a town called Traralgon, instead of having to deal with multiple issues during a one night stay.

The room is clean and tidy. The most things i love is never find a hotel or motel that has water pressure strong in the bathroom 😀. Easy parking just right in front of our room

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room

Big bathroom, clean room, comfortable bed with electric blanket good size fridge plenty of storage close to city centre and management very friendly and accommodating. Had a comfortable relaxing overnight stay.

Good place to stay for a few days

Clean and spacious room with a jetted tub right next to your king-size bed; basic room and toilet amenities are adequate; fresh towels everyday; no working desk to set up laptop so do not take work with you on your holiday; this property is a good pick for fast wi-fi and Netflix; I will choose this property again in my next visit to Sale!

Tired and really in need of refurbishment. Beds however were very comfortable. Quiet location. Microwave oven was disgustingly food splattered. I had to clean it before using it. Grounds and rotunda really nice. It was hot and we sat outside and ate our take away dinner.

This property has spacious & clean rooms. The bed was so comfortable & the property is handy to main road out of town for ease of departure next day. The manager Terry was welcoming & helpful in advising me of where I could get a meal that was close by as i arrived late. Id definitely stay here again.

Aircon worked really well it was a very hot weekend. Great catch up with our Sale family. Thank you for you accommodating us. Cheers

Our stay at the comfort is was excellent as usual. Terri always looks after us, gives us the same room and is always more than helpful to us as we stay there on a regular basis, and will always go back as she is the most friendliest manager there. Thanks agsin Terri Peta Rowland

The owner called me while I was driving and informed me that the transaction had been declined. She asked me to pull over immediately and provide my bank details. I explained that I couldn’t do so as I was on the freeway, and somehow the call got disconnected. As soon as I could, I stopped the car and called her back. She was overjoyed when I did. I really like the property—it’s quiet, safe, and equipped with all the cookware we need. The price is fair, though the staff could be a bit more patient.
