Great spot near North Beach. Older hotel that looks like it is in process of updating rooms. Clean room and friendly staff. Suggest booking a Terrace or Balcony Room with ocean view (rather than a 'triple with kitchenette) so you can enjoy the fresh air and views with privacy.

Comfortable but needs an overhaul. Convenient to local eats and drinks.

The location is perfect for beach goers and walkers. Great dining options within walking distance. Rooms were clean just outdated as it is an old motel. I was happy with my stay of two comfortable nights.

Beach in the near

Ok stay for 1-2 people only. Small rooms with tight parking. Location near beach is nice. Stayed in room 14 and it was terrible with all the foot traffic(noisy steel stairs the only entrance/exit for the 2nd storey) right over our room. Room 14 also is at the motels main entrance driveway, so cars headlights coming and going where right on our room. Other rooms may be better but if booking avoid room 14.

Overall budget friendly accommodation

The view was spectacular, but due many residents smoking on their balconies and terraces, the view had to mostly be enjoyed from inside the room with the door closed. The room was very clean and the staff were nice. If you are a non-smoker though, I would not recommend to stay here.

Great location and great price, have stayed here multiple times with my family and will definitely stay again when we are up in Perth next time.

Good little stop off near the beach. Nice bar called 'Froth' overlooking the bay. Craft beers. Recommended 'Porter' dark beer.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We arrived to a room that the previous occupants had been smoking drugs and the room Absolutely STUNK. The WIFI was useless The Fridge didnt work The TV was just standard ( about 30 years old ) The shower water pressure just trickled out The towels provided were ripped and terrible. This is an honest review - the owners were kinda nice but they were aware of the previous occupants smoking drugs in the room. They didnt offer any refund or compensation. I've had to go pay $80 to see my GP for antibiotics to now clear up a sinus infection from the drug smell. The location is very good and that is about it.

Very convenient to visit family and local shops, balconies not very private but still loved the ocean view. My spa bath wasn’t working unfortunately. Screen door to balcony wasn’t lockable or security standard to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze at night. Aircon was nice and quiet. Overall was adequate for my needs.

Very nice older unit on second floor. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Close to the beach, walking distance.

While i have to ring a number at check inn, the check in was smooth and easy to check inn, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, lovely small semi self contained room. 5 minute walk down the hillto the beach, 5 minute drive to hillarys boat harbour. hotel is located in in a quite place,i would stay here again. Only down fall is parking is limited.

beds where sloppy re/maid floor was poorly cleaned corridors and stairway very noisy veneer was coming of table when water tasted foul when boiled. in kettle there was no info about the area such as taxi and places to eat
