Wish it was more kid friendly but good hotel.

The property safe and beautiful. The room was lacking. I love a great room for sleeping and reading while on vacation but the AC was not working. Had to request TV repair, Bathroom was moldy and the moldy smell was overly strong. We didn’t spend a lot of time there so we suffered with it. Hotel staff was good, Andre in the RESTAURANT WAS GREAT! Property needs a little tlc in the rooms.

Property clean and maintained. Beach Shuttle was GREAT!

The hotel was beautiful and had all the amenities: on-site restaurant, transport to the beach, walkable to shopping, etc. However, while there, they shut the pool down for the majority of our stay to work on the roof (it was 89 degrees every day). We were disappointed in this. The hotel was a Don Shula restaurant with great food but no complimentary coffee for hotel guests in the morning.

The hotel was great. Staff were really accommodating. Beach shuttle was a great addition.

Very nice, well-kept facility. I did find the bed pillows somewhat uncomfortable. I was given an accessible room even though I didn't request one. The toilet was very low and difficult to get up from.

Nice staff. Easy check-in. Room was clean but when we returned from the beach at 3:00, room not done so we said forget about it. Free shuttle to beach but shuttle drop-off 3/4 mile from beach. Another shuttle available but 1/2 hour wait. Chairs and towels provided; umbrella rentals $30. Nice restaurant at beach.
