Everything I needed

We requested that our room be cleaned at 9am and again at 3:45pm, and when we returned to our room at 9pm, it has still never been cleaned.

Food was not very good and room service delivered in boxes no plates! Alfredo in a box was less than good!

Nice staff and clean place

We were here for a family reunion at a home on the other end of 217, so the location was very good. And we'd stayed here before and looked the hotel. One of the elevators got a little "sketchy" but they got a service guy on it right away.
