I loved the room the bed was comfortable and room was clean I liked the shower also and the backlit mirror

I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel when I checked in from a longer road trip and needed a place to stay the night. I travel often - but tried the Holiday Inn on a bit of a whim. Received a room upgrade (didn't request), bottles of water in a quick checkin process. Room and sleep was fantastic. I'll be looking into staying more with the Holiday Inn during future trips. Thanks!! ~ Jess

Very clean and guiet

Front desk staff was very unpleasant to deal with Plus there is no breakfast in the morning , unless you pay extra for this We will not stay here again

Didn’t love the yelling in the morning with the people children checking out but otherwise great !

Central locatin, helpful staff, microwave and fridge were very useful. But the room was a little small. But overall it was a good experience.

Waterside for the kids, close to a great steakhouse, breakfast at the local restaurant was great.

It was great quite and clean

Only negative part about our stay was the fact that we couldn't get a decent cup of coffee anywhere in the hotel. Other than that, everything was as expected and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back but will pack our own coffee pods.

Room is very tiny. Dirty towel on the floor when entered. No where to put shoes or jackets.

The rooms have recently been renovated. And they have done a beautiful job of renovating the rooms here. We will absolutely stay here again when in Hinton. Highly recommend.
