Good customer service, need new towels, new elevator

Everything was good, close to my places.

The hotel is in a great location and offers a good breakfast with decent amenities. Unfortunately, the biggest downside is the maintenance of the property. The back door wouldn't lock, the room doors were very stiff, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the hallways that smelled like sweaty feet. Other than that, the stay was okay.

Our room only had two pillows for two beds, ac didn’t work, carpet and overall looks pretty worn out, we were moved to another room but also my daughter’s room didn’t have enough towels and no shower curtain. We called several times but nothing until we had to go in person to be attended. The price is too high for the rooms and the condition they are in; very disappointed since I stayed in another Hampton in Torreón and it was very different hotel quality.

Very good overall, nice breakfast with different chilaquiles by day, comfortable beds. Only drawback is lack of in room fridge and a noisy Ac

El cuarto a pesar que se miraba limpio no uele a limpio le falta lavar la alfombra, las puertas estan deterioradas. Las toallas para secarse ya estaban desiladas, falla poner más anuncios del horario del desayuno. Ya falta más estacionamiento en las tardes no hay donde estacionar el vehículo.

Este hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y cómodo, solo requiere que terminen la reparación del ascensor (lleva años sin funcionar uno y el otro es muy viejo y lento).

Bathroom electric outlets are broken and non-functional, not enough towels, dust in the bathroom, in the kitchen we appreciate using small cups per person to make waffles and not a single cup everyone can use

Was a good breakfast menu. Staff was friendly, and parking was no problem.

Room was clean has comfortable beds, nice and safe area in Chihuahua. Breakfast buffet is excellent only thing is that furniture is outdated. The elevator is very slow but will say that they are installing a new one.

Room was nice

The hotel definitely needs some rennovation. The walls have holes, and the elevator is slooow and old. The hair dryer and towels are old(some were ripped). The breakfast is average, but it runs out quickly. The chilaquiles are great though! Staff is nice and beds comfty.

Service and accomodations were okay. Their second elevator needs to get fixed though.

A/C made a horrible noise when turned on, no working elevators, if somebody happen to see you in the elevator, they would tell you it was broke other then that the management never told us the elevators was not working , very scary. no pressure in the shower. You have to literally stand by the wall to get wet.
