I loved the property and staff was professional. The night Auditor was amazing with great compassion on a not so easy night for me. Room was clean and housekeeping very accommodating. Can't wait to visit again in near future.

It was nice

We showed up muddy and tired from running a nearby Spartan race a little after 2pm to see if we could check in early. We were told that our room was ready but if we wanted to check in 45 min early we would have to pay an extra $35. Really? What does it cost you to let us in our already cleaned room 45 min early? So instead we sat down in the lobby, getting the couches muddy until 3. I don't like being nickel and dimed and will not stay here again for this reason. Also, the entire 5th floor smells like smoke, but they wouldn't let us switch rooms. Breakfast was good.

Pretty basic rooms but clean and slept well.
