It was nice having a restaurant for breakfast, ALL staff were friendly, helpful and kind, the pool was a little too warm, but nice to have, I didn’t use the gym because it opened too late 9 am, great location and comfortable beds. One MAJOR PROBLEM was the horrible smell from the bathroom-shower and toilet. The odor of sewage was REALLY BAD!

Great location and very attentive and helpful staff

It is an old hotel but everything is nice inside. Very clean everywhere. The cleaning crew is always sweeping or mopping the floors or cleaning counters and ready to help with anything needed. I liked the pleasantries from front staff as well. The room was clean and the beds were a bit hard but comfortable. But the room only had a window that faced the corridor. A lot of the rooms didn't have a window to the exterior which was nice because at times the smell from the street was very sewage smelly. And it cost extra to get a room with external windows. The bathroom shower water had plenty of pressure for taking a nice shower. However the bathroom fan was a loud and the toilet made a harsh noise when flushed. A couple of times it wouldn't flush but when I lifted the lid it started filling with water. When I checked in they handled me a TV remote and a remote for the AC. I only used the AC remote. The pool on the roof was nice but I hardly had time to use it. But it looked nice and it was clean and the water was clear. I spent most of my time away from the hotel but I wish I could have used it. Overall the hotel was good enough for my stay.

The hotel was small and beautiful. The staff was very helpful. The cleaning crew literally worked all day, and kept the entire building clean.

Good place to stay for short stays , only downside was pool closing at 7, not enough time when coming back from a day en el centro but still sat in the terrace and enjoyed the evening

Very rustic Mexican but rooms have been update. Charging lobby área,and restaurant. The rooftop is also nice, with a pool, but it could use some more comfy chairs to make the experience there better. Allan was wondering. He couldn't have been more helpful or accomodating. We will stay there again next time we're in Guadalajara

Hotel room and also staff were are excellent. Location is walking distance to lots of historic sites to see. The only issue was that during my 5 days stay the elevator broke twice but was repaired within 24 hours. Also every time I left the room the access card got deactivated. Apparently it’s a security feature but very inconvenient as you have to reactivate it at the front desk every time you come back from outside. Having said that I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was kept clean and was in a perfect location of downtown Guadalajara.

The two beds had old hair, beds seemed not clean. Did not use parking lot. I requested bottle water for our room and I was told they did not have any.

Great location! Lots of stores close by(corner store has fresh juicy every morning) ! Close to the center and feels like a safe area. Look forward to returning again.

Love the location really close to everything

The shower and sink water had an bad odor to it. We were with out hot water for a few hours and then when the hot water came back it was coming out dirty. The main elevator broke during our stay and didn’t get repaired. The phone in our room didn’t work either. Other than the the views from the roof top pool were beautiful and the staff was very nice and tried to help the best they could.
