really bad services they wont even pick up the phone from reception . They wont give you any information. Really bad how come you Expedia can advertise anything from that hotel. Very disapinted

It’s not bad for that price. Very convenience location. I spent 5 nights for a medical reasons and I was looking for the best price.

AC does not work well throughout hotel. Staff could not provide basic needs E.g. Pencil and band aid

No parking no vallet parking . Excellent location but old not up date facilities Not a 3.5 start

good location for the visits we needed to make. Some rooms are tired but the staff are friendly and helpful. Many speak quite good English

There are almost no hotels in Venezuela, so that was the only one available.Close to town, breakfast really bad though, do not recomend.

The type of room requested wasn't available, so they "kindly" asigned me a lower class room (standard , instead of premium) but under the same rate for the premium room.

Pleasantly surprised at the condition of the lobby and our room. The staff at check in actually spoke English. Not so elsewhere in the country! No Internet in the room. Had to sit in the lobby to get connected. No pool unfortunately.

This was a nice hotel for a business trip. In my case I was travelling with a nine year old and a pool would have been nice But for the rest it was ok Thanks Eric

the hotel is dated and there is no concept of customer service.

The hotel is located where I had to stay (close to a customer) but the area in not the best in town. The hotel is quite old and rooms are poors. No mini bar, bad TV set and NO INTERNET AT ALL. The only place to get internet (according to the hotel staff) would be the hall, but no way to get connection to the wireless network of the hotel neither with my blackberry nor with my PC even walking around the whole hall..... Not advisable to stay there if you are stay for business.

This hotel is really O.K. Friendly, helpful people at reception. Big, comfortable room with many drawers and big wardrobe. Excellent cleaning. The only thing that was far below the level it should be, was the breakfast.

El desayuno etapa incluido y se escudaban en la crisis para o tener desayuno, su explicación era "el desayuno es una cortesía, no una obligación".

El servicio muy bueno, las personas son amables y dispuestas a colaborar. A pesar de que perdí el control del TV en la recepción no me cobraron por ello. Sin embargo, el Internet sólo funciona en la recepción y en el restaurante y esto es una molestia.
