The property is secluded and surrounded by jungle. It has a small beach that’s only accessible to hotel guests, but it’s not safe for swimming. The rooms are large and reasonably clean, though they’re outdated and would benefit from renovations and upgrades. The water in both the room and the pool is salty. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the views from the pool area are stunning.

In all of our travels, Punta Serena stands out as one of our favorite destinations. The views and beach are amazing. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The food quality and presentation is 5 star. We have stayed here many times with repeatable quality

Wonderful relaxing getaway with staff committed to your enjoyment. The food was quite good and service was excellent. They have a dedicated team devoted to the guest having a positive experience.

Staff was very friendly and the food was amazing, the best food I've ever had in a resort! This is also an optional nude beach, we did not see any information regarding it but we were the only ones at the hotel so it was no issue. Would highly recommend if you are looking to relax. My husband got the 80-minute massage there at the hotel and it was the absolute best!

Terrible service and installations. Outdated, needs remodeling and maintenance. Very understaffed,.. staff needs to be trained in customer service Too expensive for the experience. This should be no more than $100/ night Food is terrible

The food has improved significantly in comparison to how it was a year ago. Everything was great, excellent service, great value. I would only suggest to add extra tables during the breakfast and dinner as well as pool chairs, as sometimes there was no space for all the customers.

Absolutely beautiful view and venue with very attentive service, and a very private clothing-optional beach. Food and rooms are more-than-adequate to good, but short of excellent - but for an all-inclusive adults-only resort the rates are hard to beat.

The location exceeded our expectations. The main restaurant food menu needed some improvements. Breakfast was excellent, lunch and snacks excellent dinner was average. The dinner items needed to be improved on the cooking side. presentation ok , ingredients were ok. We will return

The food quality was marginal at best. The place has a ton of deferred maintenance. The wait staff is the slowest. The views and beach helped to make up for the shortcomings. Quiet and relaxing. Great getaway.
