Great location for the Overseas Cruise Terminal. Room and bathroom was clean. We had a slight question about the air conditioning and a staff member attended within 3 minutes to fix. Would definitely stay again.

Great location in the heart of the rocks. The cost is for the view of the Opera House, when there isn’t a cruise ship in port. It was very clean, comfortable and large. The room was very dated and in desperate need of updating.

No person at counter for checkin but only had to wait a few minutes.

Had a great weekend staying at Rendezvous Hotel Sydney. Great location and so close to everything. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious but in need of some updating and repairs as it’s not been very well maintained. Still comfortable if you can overlook these. We had a good time.

If it wasn't good views of the opera house, I wouldn't have stayed. Needs a lot of TLC to room 611.

Location is perfect so close to everything, we stayed in the heritage section this time the stairs were a bit much and it is noisy, the spa is in desperate need of a makeover and only worked once and that was on the day we left. Staff as per usual were amazing, they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. I love this place

Great location to everything

The view was amazing, it’s so close to the wharf for ferry, tram, train and cruise ships , motel was cozy bed was so good definitely use again 😃

A great location within short walking distance for trains, trams, ferry and lots of local attractions. We had a spectacular view from our balcony of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House which just made our trip that much more special. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Wonderful area to stay

Front inside common area of hotel new and trendy, whereas rooms older and strange layout with bad smells, 3rooms a/c not work/on but died our1st night& no cool, but really close2many dining options& passenger overseas cruiseship terminal (walking distace4a disabled person)

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere. Clean and cosy. We’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Major drawback, unable to make call to international operator. Manager said even they are not able to place collect international calls . I went down the street to the Four Seasons where they placed the call for me.

Location location location

The location of this hotel is fantastic, walking distance to cafes, shops, restaurants and the OS Cruise Terminal. The reception staff were exceptional in helping with any queries and very friendly. The downfall is that the rooms desperately need an overhaul, carpet was very dirty, bathroom run down and the mattress on my bed slumped to one side, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on, in the middle of the night, I had to sleep with my head at the foot end of the bed to sleep straight. An excellent location though, and wonderful staff. Would consider staying again, but would check the bed first.

Very good accommodations. A little rundown in some areas. But clean, quiet and safe.

Lobby looks amazing, and location is very good. Heritage Queen room in dire need of upgrades though. And thorough cleaning.
