Staff were amazing. Top location, really great stay will def stay agian

Staff was outstanding

We have to move rooms 2 times and had issues with the tv and then with the amenities. The people were helpful but the place was run down and having to move rooms twice to get what we paid for was an inconvenience

The Heritage Room was amazing It was actually a converted 2 storey house. The value for money was excellent

Staff amazing but cleanliness is obviously not a priority. Air conditioning is all but useless. Lobby was freezing but room never went velow 25 so very uncomfortable. Bed was amazing. No tea towel in kitchen so couldnt dry dishes and put away. View from 6th floor studio was amazing.

The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was clean but needed a few repairs.

Not a great choice overall. The bathroom vent can’t be turned off and makes a loud noise all night, so it’s really hard to sleep. The room wasn’t very clean, and there was visible water damage on the skirting boards. The only good thing is the location. The hotel is definitely not as good as described.

Room was bit dated and tired, but great view and friendly staff

The member of staff we met on reception when we arrived was really friendly and after discussion we decided to pay for an upgrade to a lovely apartment room with a balcony view. The property is a bit tired , but rooms are very spacious , the balcony was great and had a great view , interrupted at times with large cruise ships. The location for this hotel is fabulous. The staff in this hotel are excellent and very responsive if any concerns arise.

Balcony view fabulous. Lots of empty space in the unit. Shower in bath dangerous for older people. Shower taps turned the wrong way. Used to be a lovely hotel but needs updating

Room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. I have stayed before and will stay again when I return to Sydney.

Great location

Room was fine, but aircon was not working well in a 37c day, so contacted staff and offered us an alternative room for our 2nd night, which was wonderful! Also added some wine, cheese and crackers for the inconvenience, which was a very nice touch. The location is wonderful right in the heart of the Rocks district, very handy for cruise terminal. Didn’t get to use pool which looked nice.

Comfy bed. Bathroom could do with an upgrade.
