Staff was amazing

Excellent stay and really nice hotel. Lovely bar and rooms. However I wasn’t aware the spa was closed until I arrived which was disappointing. Also had a problem with the shower not getting hot but the staff were super helpful and gave me another room and a late check out.

The room was very clean and modern. The staff was very professional and helpful. This is a well run Hotel

Great hotel, walking distance to all of the markets and to the shopping of the old town. Front desk and all staff excellent. Great little cigar bar :)

Le Royal is always an excellent stay. The location is primo and the rooms spacious by European standards. Service is impeccable.

Hotel reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel and room were exceptionally clean and modern. Lovely room size, not too small. Only thing was the shower was in a strange position, when we turned it to use it, it sprayed all out of the bath! It was positioned in the corner rather than directly above the bath taps. Plenty of towels, changed daily, toiletries in the bathroom. Be careful that the ‘extras’ in the room are chargeable! Great hotel though and would definitely go back.

All the staffs are so nice to us. From check in staffs, to concierge, staffs are just so accommodating and patient with our questions. They definitely make us feel welcome and at home.

Terrific high quality hotel in a great location. Not cheap but excellent value even for a solo traveller like me. Airport transfers, swimming pool ..... I could go on and on. But just go and find out for yourselves (after shopping round for the best price).

Attentive staff, prime downtown location

Might have been a 5 star hotel about 20 years ago - not sure it’s worthy of 5 stars in 2025! Nice clean rooms but very dated.
