Our room smelled like vomit. Couch was ripped and dirty.

I didn't like it at all, I wouldn't go back or recommend it. It didn't have good hygiene and it smelled bad. The only good thing was the staff

The property is a bit dated but customer service was excellent

Not a bad hotel but is definitely dated and can hear everything that goes on in the hall and next door. Room had mysterious brown stuff streaked down the walls and door frame. Breakfast is a grab and go, which is fine, but wasnt ready at 630 when stated that it would start at 6. For the money, it wasnt bad.

The pool was great. Our first morning there wasn't complimentary breakfast

Decent hotel for a night. Rooms need to be updated with new carpet. Kitchen sink didn’t drain, garbage disposal broken. Kitchen has absolutely no supplies until requested. Had to return to office and carry a heavy box with kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, even the coffee machine.

Very quiet and peaceful hotel, setting outside the hotel is wonderful as well, Very Very nice staff , especially the older gentleman that checked me into the hotel when I checked in! I will stay again when I go home to visit!

My stay was great. My son had an AAU tournament, and we stayed for one night. The staff was all friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Courtney was awesome in answering all my questions. If I have to go back to Spooky Nook, I will stay there again and again alone on their hospitality!!

We noticed bedbugs in the room.

Love price but the room was very run down for $145 a day the online picture don’t match the room when your in it

Our stay was wonderful. This is a great place to stay. Also, pet friendly, as we brought our dog with us. Would recommend if you need a place to stay near Lancaster, PA.

Clean and super friendly owners/staff. Affordable. Room was spacious and kitchenette is very convenient. Location is close to Spooky Nook and many Lancaster locations. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was a little dated but very quiet and roomy! Also, the servicing of the room was excellent! Lots of towels and soaps! Will definitely stay again.
