The fridge in the room wasn’t working, no ac in the room €15 parking €7 a coke, ugly buildings outside

The view from the room on the ocean is amazing. Do not expect 5* service or amenities even though the staff was very nice. The Spa is also amazing with unlimited access when you sleep at the hotel. The dining option are not amazing and when we arrived, the restaurant was already full for the following 4 days and the dining option around are quite low, you need to take the car to go to the city center.

Did not meet the standards for a hotel of this grading. Despite contacting the hotel directly no provision was made for a disabled visitor. On arrival only explanation was that Expedia pricing did not allow for this. Only solution was to pay additional charge of >1K euros for a suite. No warning of need to book dining months in advance of visit. Overall a very disappointing visit

Booking in was difficult with two rooms for one person each being confused as one room for two persons. It took twenty four hours to resolve completely. All other aspects of the stay were truly excellent.

The property was right on the water. The view was beautiful and the staff were kind. Unfortunately the room was tiny. There was little choice for meals, eg an expensive breakfast buffet was the only option in the morning. There was also only one person working at reception so check in and check out were really slow.

Very mixed feelings. The property feels more like a Mercure than a luxury hotel. The bathroom, especially, looks like its straight out of the 1990s. Rooms are very small - New York or Paris size, but not what I'd expect in a provincial resort place. Breakfast is plentiful, and view if you have a Seaview are amazing. The back views 'terre' are more akin to a carpark view. That said, the property is super clean and the front desk and concierge are lovely.

The hotel is great, the amenities and staff are excellent, however we expected more in regard of the pricing.

Had a wonderful stay at the mid point of a two week trip to France. Restaurant was great. Brunch was extraordinary. Spa and salt water pool was beautiful. Add to all of this a wonderful staff,who consistently greeted me with a warm hello. I felt welcome and valued as guest.

Lovely location but a Lille disappointed with aspects of the hotel.

the spa and pool are delightful set against the strikingly beautiful Bretagne coast. The staff was superb. My only complaint is that the room was very small--could barely fit our luggage.

Warm welcome! Room had modern and top-of-the-line fixtures and was decorated with style and elegance. Excellent breakfast (extra), helpful staff, full service spa, large pool, on beach.

I cannot fault anything about this hotel. We stayed here for my husband's 40th, not knowing anything about the hotel or any of its services. And boy were we blown away. From checkin to checkout we were made very welcome by all staff. We stayed in a sea facing room, which is a must. I cannot imagine staying in another room facing anywhere else. We used the Thalassa services, which were world class. Again the staff in the spa were fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful. A vast array of choice. The rooms have been refurbished so are pristine and lovely. Beds are so comfortable that we have now ordered one from Sofitel! Definitely worth staying at this hotel. Especially lovely for couples and romantic getaways. We will be back!

We both enjoyed the location of the hotel and the Thalassa facility. The room was a little small but it did not spoil our stay.

This worked out very well, and was a true 5 start experience at 4 star costs. Great views, which were aided by some great weather. Although the geography of the area is a bit tricky, the hotel is well signposted
