** New Ownership-Under renovations The staff were friendly and helpful when we stayed Pool/hot tub was not working I spoke to staff and they came up with a solution we could use local recreational centre and keep the receipt and they would reimburse us also one of the beds in our room /sons was uncomfortable I suggested they purchase bed toppers-manager said they will order they have continental breakfast as well as it was nice to be centrally location walking distance to an amazing bakery, Granville, coffee shop as well as several restaurants/movie theatre and grocery /liquorstore very convenient

The washroom was filthy. The washer and dryer were filthy. Trash cans had not been emptied on the outside property swimming pool was out of order. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Patio was filthy furniture on the patio is filthy drapes hanging on the patio door had holes in them.

The location was good - within walking distance of restaurants, banks, amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been better - the muffins were a bit stale, coffee was good.

My daughter’s first hotel experience was bloody sheets with a dresser covered in powder and ashes. Where she found a complimentary lighter at a hotel that had closed the pool because they had no maintenance guy no coffee in the rooms or at the complementary breakfast, which my wife was told she could not bring back to the room for me. I didn’t complain as I never usually do, but I was billed after the fact for the bloody sheets that were left behind for my daughter to find an extra 50 bucks I recommend you check your rooms before allowing your kids that powder could be fentanyl when called thethe hotel and asked for the manager I was hung up on twice if I could give a review of less than one star this hotel would receive it

No protein for breakfast. And it's just a continental type breakfast and not a real breakfast. As for the place, it seemed like an older place and needs to be remodeled up-to-date.

The price

This property should be close to being condemned. It was filthy full of mold, outdated and windows were ready to fall out out of their window pains. Nobody should think this is a regular Ramada and Ramada should be alerted to the condition of this property. I would never recommend a homeless person to stay there.

We stayed there from May 29-31. - ceiling in lobby/breakfast area leaking and no bucket or anything, dripping all over dining table/chairs - everything smells like cigarettes - our room had old food in fridge and ashes in bathroom. We changed rooms and our new room had brownish red stains on blanket, the concierge brought me a new blanket - couldn’t get a clear answer about the pool/hot tub but apparently it was “broken” so couldn’t use it, they still have it advertised on their board outside - my son was too creeped out to shower in the room so we had to shower at a relatives house Overall, staff were few and far between but the one I did talk to seemed like he was doing his best but was not well supported by management or owners. You’re better off staying at the Sandman a few minutes away for the same price and far better amenities

Not like the pictures online. Don't bring a black light. Glad we had 2 usable pillows out of 8. No cutlery, pots, pans or dishes. Cooktop and sink, fridge and microwave. Window covering missing. Not enough outlets or broken outlets. Had to move the coffee maker across the room to use it. Definitely not worth the cost. Crappy breakfast. Door lock broken

There was definitely a long term resident that had a lot of traffic to their door. Pool and hot tub didn’t open while there.

Stairwell dirty with gyoroc dust - how long had that been there? And pool and hot tub not working. Ran out of breakfast when a group of hungry teenagers had booked rooms. Understandable, but should have had some supplies to restock.

Yes it was all good

The staff have excellent customer service. Room was clean. But they told me they just renovated the pool and hot tub.. But the hot tub was cold as the pool and jets did not work. Then i went to get a coffee from the breakfast area and the coffe was ice cold. And that was at 615am. No yogurt or fruit like the other Ramadas

Bathroom needs a check,shower terable,no good lights in bathroom.

The staff was INCREDIBLY rude and vulgar over a dispute. Accused my guest of theft without having proof and charged me $100

Never again! Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
