The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. It is looking tired, leaks on ceiling visible, lumpy couch, and broken hot tub. It needs some love but you can get a good nights sleep.

Room is VERY dated but clean. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Appliances are old. Furnishings are circa 1980. It’s time for an update. We were there for golf and looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. It was out of order for the 3 days we were there .

Great location. Right on the ski hill. This time of year we could sit on the balcony and watch the wildlife on the hill. The suite/condo was nice enough and the kitchen was well equipped. One suggestion would be to get rid of the heavy drapes in the living area as they were so large that they covered up 50% of the windows when open which made it quite dreary in the suite. Comfortable bed but there was a queen size duvet on a king bed, so it barely covered the top of the bed (absolutely no overhang). Front desk staff was aloof at best, but the maintenance man was very friendly and helpful so if you needed directions or help with anything, he was the best one to ask. Very disappointed to find only the lounge was available for dinner in June. The staff told us that "if we were absolutely dieing to sit in the restaurant we could, but it was so far for them to walk that they preferred we eat in the lounge"

Clean rooms, quiet location. Very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Nice location, hotel is tired. Needs renovation

Unfortunately this was not a good experience here. The hottub was down, which was frustrating but out of my control. As we checked in the property is very run down, which is unfortunate as it could be incredibly beautiful. The hallways smelled like backed up sewer and the room smelled like mildew and old cigarettes. The carpet in the room was stained and very run down dirty. I will not be returning here and would recommend that they do some upkeep to this beautiful property. Very poor experience

Other than a few little things showing wear or needing maintenance, this was a great stay. Would love to try it as a ski out & in property in winter.

Nothing really opened until 3pm, and hot tub was super small so we didn’t get to use it as there was a kids birthday party happening. Great facility, I think we were just there off season. Restaurant is incredible.

Need to turn off the pool lights at night as it lights up the bedrooms even with the drapes closed.

Wonderful location with trails to town Loved it and will be back :-))))

Views great, did not use hot tub, web site said the restaurant was open but it wasn’t, lots of place in Kimberly to eat at though

On the slope, but need a refresh

Room was great with everything and then some! Hot tub was perfect and we loved it while we sat outside in the peaceful quiet. Only thing that was a little annoying was the wifi wasn’t the greatest and the restaurant wasn’t open. Otherwise exceptional stay!
