The location is great. The housekeeping needs a lot of training (entering room without knocking, communication with a guest is non existent, toilet had "dirt" behind the bowl...) the check out expereince was bad (waited for more than 15 min, was not asked if we enjoyed our stay or if have any complaints). On the other hand, check in experience was great. This is the worst Ritz Carlton we stayed at because of the service we received. Definitly felt the lack of training, and we won't be staying here again.
