The hotel was lovely and centrally located.

Great location modern Beautiful lobby

We are coming here 1-2 times a year since a few years now. Great breakfast and people are very nice. Only cover the swimming pool will be great, so it can be used also outside the summer. Make it an indoor one !!

Friendly staff- comfortable and clean room

Our room was good sized and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and a nice shower as well. The staff were always friendly a very helpful. I would recommend Eurostars Araguaney and I would stay again.

Not a 5* hotel Would use it again as a good 4* hotel, clean, good location, staff are pleasant and helpful. No coffee maker or kettle in room which is strange for 5*, non of the Amenities you get at 5* hotel rooms are available in the room !

This was probably the worst stay I’ve ever had in a hotel and I travel several months every year. Definitely not a 5 star hotel! The rooms do not look like the photos. The bathroom is dated with a shower in a bath and not modern as per the photos. The gym equipment does not work and needs to be serviced. The aircon did not work on the heat function and they had to bring a standalone heater to assist as it is the middle of winter. This too stopped working in the middle of the night. They do not provide any coffee in the room and the staff in the dining room are extremely rude!

I think the price point/star rating for this property is wrong. It is on the higher side and should be much lower. Does it do the job? Yes. Is it a nice hotel? No.

Good hotel, very good location (10 min walk to cathedral and 10 min walk to train station). The staff is nice. However, in my opinion, the hotel is at best 4 stars, not 5 stars.

Great location, big room, great amenities, helpful staff. Room could have been cleaner, but was comfortable and very spacious. The restaurant Candy had some very nice seafood dishes.

The location was very convenient to various areas of old town. Shopping and good were no kore than 5 mins and there were some local places. The room itaelf was spacious and fufilled our needs.

Top staff that help you with your needs! Clean, quiet, and major sightseeing is in walkable distance.

Check in was a bit slow. It was Sunday and there was only one person

We stayed here after we finished our Camino. It was lovely!
