The tv worked the first night I was there it would not come on the rest of the time I was there and I even called about the tv and nothing was done ,shower door wouldn't stay shut all the way so it would wet the floor everytime you had a shower. The out side door lock would not unlock with the card and you had to fight with the other door to get in. This was building B .

Staff was amazing! However the pool which was open had not been cleaned! So dirty that there was no way you would let kid in it! Part of our group had to move to another hotel so kids could enjoy pool! Ruined our weekend

convenient stay for basketball tournament

The location was great. The staff was very courteous. My only issue is close parking spaces. The elevator was working when I was leaving to check out around 7:30 a.m. The was clean but it seem to have a lot of moisture in the room. The sofa bed seemed week, the towels in the bathroom did too. Too add, I had my work shirt hanging in the closet, this morning it seemed to have moisture on it. But my overall stay was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

The room wasn’t very clean from the start. There’s a considerable amount of odor, previous damage that had not been repaired like coat hooks, hanging off the wall, toilet seat broken, shower stall door not staying put. Upon check in, you’re told that the room will be serviced every other day. I was there for a week and it was never serviced. Trash was never dumped towels were never changed out and the room doesn’t come with wash rags either. I feel as though if you’re told the room is gonna be serviced every other day, you shouldn’t have to ask.

I'd like to give Nicky, the evening front desk clerk kudos from the time i walked in the door, she was all smiles and very helpful on making my check-in easy and friendly. Nicky was very kind and helpful with a not so big issue in Suite 302. Thanks Nicky! Our 2bdrm suite was cozy and comfortable for our Mobile weekend trip with 2 of our kids. Thanks from the Wolford family.

Tammy and Delois were absolutely WONDERFUL!! Very kind, nice and welcoming! Their friendliness made the other issues I had not that big of a deal which I’m going to keep to myself this time all except… the phone not work in my room 230!!!

I stayed from January 26-Febuary 8 my room was never cleaned had to get my clean towels myself throw my own trash then ask for garbage bags i would never stay here again

Excellent!! Staff is very friendly we have enjoyed our time here thus far! Staff is very kind and the hotel is inviting and been very accommodating .

Such a lovely place, while my family is buying a home we have currently been at this hotel it has been wonderful.

The staff has been extremely warm and welcoming! I recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you are looking for a home like environment. Everyone has been so sweet during our stay and in the transition to purchasing our home. Amenities are wonderful as you are able to cook with a full stove and a large refrigerator, plenty of storage space as well. During the snow storm, they went above and beyond to be so helpful to me and my family. This hotel is definitely one of the best I’ve stayed in! Kuddos to the lovely people who work here each staff member deserves a raise! Blessings to all who work here. My family and I are enjoying our time with you and if we ever need to come back this is the first place I will be making a reservation with. Hands down amazing! Thank you to all of the staff for a wonderful experience this far.

I felt right at home

The staff was excellent... However the bathroom was not clean, and TV didn't work.

The only reason I even gave 2-3 stars was because of the night manager and the on-call housekeeper. I won’t go into details of my room experience, but say that room maintenance and cleanliness are not up to standards of a Marriott property. After leaving a message for the manager at 9am to call me because she was too busy with paperwork to speak to me, I waited until I checked out at noon to say something when she still hadn’t called me back in 3 hours. UNACCEPTABLE! No wonder there is poor attention to details with that kind of management! Won’t be back and will not recommend!
