Love the 2 bedrooms, we have stayed here 3 times for cheer comps

The sofa “bed” is not at all a bed. It’s a sofa that fold in half with no type of mattress, mattress topper or cushion. I had to go to Walmart to buy a topper so my daughter and her friend could sleep on it. When I asked the front desk they were very helped but said there is nothing they could do and unfortunately that’s just how they are. When I inquired about pillows for the sofa bed she stated I should’ve had some in my closet (we did not) and after looking for a while she came back with one pillow (for two girls). I try to not leave negative reviews but I do want to warn others if they plan to use the sofa bed as an actual bed think again.

The hotel was not as advertised on Expedia. This property has no kings as advertised. Go to the hotel to check in, was told the room I requested was not available so an equivalent room was assigned. Got to the room, there was a queen and a sofa bed no privacy for the bed. Questioned the desk and i was shown they only have queen bedrooms. We were disappointed not having a king bed. We made do, only needed the room for sleeping.

Great Experience

Sunday night my daughter notice the carpet was wet. So i went to front desk to inform them of this. And went back the following morning to inform them again. Nothing was don about it until later that day. The general manager move us. It took all day long for something to be done about it . All we got for the inconvenience was 10,000 points.

Very out dated but clean. Sofa bed was more like a cushion than a mattress. With that being said, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient for our needs
